    Churros & fried ice cream

Stopped here randomly on a Thursday night roadtrip pit stop. Place was big, with a huge bar & some outdoor seating. That night it was not very busy and waitstaff was friendly. The salsa was really good & the chips were fresh, salsa had just the right amount of kick for us gringos. Chicken in the Pollo fundito & chicken quesadilla was so tender and the portion sizes were perfect. I loved the Pollo fundito! Not only is it fun to say, but, I mean, cheese!! Ground beef tacos, enchiladas, & chimichanga were all good, beef was well seasoned but not spicy at all. The 4 of us were stuffed but we got the churro desert to share and it was amazing. When we got back to our hotel for the night we noticed the hotel staff had this place up as a recommendation in the area. They were right! And to think we almost stopped at Cracker Barrel!

Hungry couple in the right place.

Somehow we stopped 3 times to east at the same place on our road trips Miami-Raleigh. Great food and great service every time.

We went for Wednesday wings as were traveling up the East Coast. The price was very good $6.99 for 10 wings. But the wings were horrible dry and overcooked. The bathroom needs totally updated the toilet seat has bare wood and the door is falling apart. I do not recommend eating here.

Ok, this place was odd but ended up being decent. You walk in to a million signs on the glass at the entrance and once you get inside you face an enormous bar and begin to wonder if it is a nightclub or restaurant. We were promptly seated and our server was wonderful. Chips, queso, salsa all excellent. The menu was odd but lots to choose from. I got the chicken enchiladas which were not the best but portion sizes were great. The shrimp entree was super spicy! The margaritas for $2 were exactly what you would expect for $2...and ask about different sizes because they discount all sizes for happy hour which we didn't know until the end. Overall good visit and food was decent. Nothing that stood out but they hold their own.

This place was busy! Service was still great, though. We were a party of 4 and sat right away. Happy hour was active, so that explains part of the crowd there. Chips and salsa were brought out right away, and the chips were fresh. We ordered house margaritas and they were delicious! We ordered and our food was delivered quickly. Portions are large, and prices are very reasonable. Could not get many pictures inside just because they were so busy, but they have lights and festive decorations throughout the restaurant (tastefully, not over the top)

We went on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. It is A large restaurant with many TVs showing sports. There is a square bar in the middle Of the restaurant. They bring you free chips and d Salads. The salsa is fresh and tasty. The menu has so many options. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos and 2 Al pastor tacos with beans and rice. They brought chicken instead of the carne asada. When I told the server, he took the chicken tacos and returned with carne asada about 10 minutes later. We had a Margarita on the rocks and a frozen banana margarita. They both seemed to have no liquor in them. They were $1 off during happy hour. Happy hour is offered in the dining room. The food was tasty and very affordable. There was plenty of parking in the attached lot.

Worst ACP I've ever seen ever. The rice they used was like brown rice and the chicken was rubbery and gross. Small portion too.

Below average food compared to Tex's Mex in Texas. SC should stick with Seafood and BBQ. Service was below average too.

While the queso and the meat were good (not much of it though), everything else left a lot to be desired. The sauces were not good and kind of ruined the food for me. I'm surprised by how unimpressed we were. It's certainly not awful but wasn't worth $70 for two dinners (no alcohol). I don't recommend it and don't think we'll be back, unfortunately.

Starting off with the chips, hand cut, and tasting very fresh with the salsa that was pretty ok. We tried the birria tacos which were fantastic. The consume was on point. We also tried the Real Mexico Enchiladas with rice and beans. The rice and beans were actually really good unlike most spots. Sopa was great. This time we climbed to the second floor to find a table at what I would describe as the most inviting bar in the South due to the eclectic decor and the appearance of the bar itself with dozens of upside down bottles hanging from the ceiling that at first I thought they were there just to decorate the place but nooo! they actually poured the specialty bourbon we ordered which BTW was very good and was only 90 proof which was a very nice match to my Yingling, we spent about two hours there and not because the service was slow but because we were having a good time, at times was a little loud but my out of town friends truly enjoyed the kind of place, they said that next time they come to town they would like to come back to the very same table. The conversation and good times is what kept me from taking a picture of the dishes I ordered the Cajun Pasta, was absolutely delicious and will order again the next time I go back, wife ordered the Pecan pork chops and said it was made with her cravings in mind I won't be waiting for out of towners to come in order to go back, this has become my most trusted and preferred Southern restaurant in Chucktown/Summerville area, no questions and way better than any distant second best that we have been, make it 8 stars!
