I have been waiting for 30 minutes. This was the longest dental exam I've ever had in my life. On top of the anxiety I was experiencing waiting and sitting here. If they were busy, and overbooked. They should have rescheduled. They called plenty of times days before my exam to remind me of my appointment only for me to be waiting and sitting here. Usually I don't mind the wait , but waiting 30+ minutes after check in. And then 30 mins after the "x-ray" exam.. the dental assistant didn't even tell me a time when someone was coming and here I am just waiting and waiting. At this point, I just want to walk out but I already paid. Smart move- make them pay beforehand so they have to wait for service to be done. When I was getting my x-rays done, gosh that was painful - shoving it in my mouth and not being gentle. I felt the soreness after in my mouth.
