Yunno, this was not expected!…read more Pulled off I-5 to get gas, and right across the street from the gas station is Lety's Papusas, a food truck with a permanent cover. It's NOT Mexican food, Lety is from El Salvador. Her beautiful and gregarious daughters were working the day I stopped in, both in college, one for Journalism and one in Health Care. Had the pork tacos, 3 for $5.00 and they were as tasty and filling as they were fairly priced. The tortillas were fresh, from a local company, and they were complimented by the shredded and seasoned pork filling perfectly. While I would not necessarily travel to Wolf Creek just for the tacos, I would make a point to stop there if traveling down the 5 again....any time that they were open!
