We said yes, expecting a brief explanation of the restaurant's concept. Instead, she just said, 'Technically, the meats will come to you, and you can go to the market and get anything you want. That's our special for tonight, you can go ahead and head over to the marketplace.' We went to the 'marketplace,' and it was delicious! We tried several items, and everything was tasty and fresh. Salads. Cold cuts. Rice. Beans. Zero complaints there. Back at the table, the gauchos began bringing the meats--filet mignon, picanha, sausage, bacon-wrapped steak, chicken, and lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service, however, stayed subpar. My mango caipirinha arrived five minutes later, but my husband's Coke never showed up. Ours was 30 minutes to be seated. Keep a front house manager actually verifying that guests are satisfied. Deliver the food as stated if you tell the table Medium rare, don't bring medium well, to well done. Verify that the noise level isn't increased by the music being too loud. Don't run out of drinks. Invest in blinds so that the cars parking don't shine their headlights through the windows. Make sure the waiters make eye contact with the guests, don't let them walk away from the table and not serve everyone. Verify that the food being served is not being over seasoned and is the correct temperature. The salad bar was good ! Make sure the grease catchers are emptied, ( they spilled grease on my pants ) Fix the bathroom doors, both men's and women's doors are being blocked open and that is not classy. I want to bring my family ( party of six ) back, but these deficiencies cannot continue.
