I am a fan of the pandan flavor desserts and bought two that I wanted to try. One being a roll cake and the other layer cake. The pandan roll cake with taro I was told is a specialty that they only have on weekends. It was really flavorful, moist and spongy, just perfectly touched with a dash of sweetness in both the cake and the cream - I personally don't like overly sweet foods, and this is just perfect for me and my mom. I'm equally pleased with the layer cake as well it was very fresh and have that "QQ" texture - deliciously chewy and bouncy. This too, just hit right for me on the gentle sweetness, the pandan flavor keeping the spotlight in this dessert. My mom and I are big fans of these desserts. We just came back trying out others pandan layer cakes in Downtown Flushing and this shop beats them by a large margin. I hope to come back more when we could even though this shop is quite a distance for us.

The pastries and breads had a perfect texture, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every item. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining the different options and making recommendations without being pushy. The bakery itself is clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to browse and enjoy treats. Overall, Shinpuru Baking delivers top-quality baked goods and excellent service. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves fresh, tasty pastries.

French workshop desserts taste the same to me, as if they all have the same base: the cookies, the tarts, muffins etc... but it's a good place to sit, enjoy a tea with something to munch on. The lemon tart was quiet nice. It was a good balance of tart, sour and sweet. I like the marshmallow fluff that was toasted on top of it. The raspberry madeline was a sweet butter cookie, crunchy on the edges with some parts being soft. It was okay. We also got tea.

Since they didn't have the sandwiches I wanted, I only ended up getting a cookie. When I asked about them, the associate simply said, 'This is all we have available,' and pointed at the display. Hay muchos postres para elegir y son muy buenos. Vine hoy por mi café y un sándwich Croque Monsieur, pero me entristeció ver que no tenían ni el Croque Madame ni el Croque Monsieur. I'm not sure how it came to me but I read somewhere the TH breakfast sammys are pretty good. I swung by for a Friday morning treat, a Tim Hortons English Muffin with Egg and Bacon. I see the doughnuts in a glass case, I'm gonna pass on them. Let me see what all the hub bub is all abut. (See what I did there?) I walk into a gas station. This isn't a pristine WaWa with fresh bread baking in the oven. (Love WaWa) Picture a typical, messy Dunkin Donuts. This particular Tim Hortons looks the same way. I see the menu board and ask for a English Muffin with Egg and Bacon. The woman, did she even toast my English Muffin?? She opens a draw with bacon, cooks the egg and assembles my breakfast sandwich. There are people behind me paying for gasoline, this is something I can't see myself doing on a daily basis. The coffee? I rate it better than Dunkin Donuts. The sammy? I rate it better than a McDonalds Egg McMuffin. Tim Hortons, we finally meet. I now have a repeat rewards card. Lets see if I'm going to be repeat customer.

I was instantly drawn to them and bought four! The mango and orange look exactly like emojis--so cute! I initially bought them just for their looks, but the taste was even better than I expected. I'm totally a fan! The Mango has a chocolate shell encasing mousse and mango sauce, with mango chunks inside. It's sweet and tangy, very refreshing, and delicious! Orange: A chocolate-coated orange cake with a mousse and jam filling, featuring large orange chunks. Like the mango, it has a sweet and sour flavor. Yuzu: An adorable flower-shaped grapefruit mousse cake. The flowers are made of cream, and the filling includes sweet and sour grapefruit mousse and guava jam. It comes with crispy rice crackers, creating a rich and delicious flavor. Coconut: A coconut mousse cake filled with passion fruit jam and a thin layer of pandan chiffon cake. It's topped with coconut flakes and a chocolate chip cookie , and a -shaped passion fruit jelly chocolate on top. The overall flavor is rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the refreshing passion fruit jam and cake. Every small cake is delicious, not too sweet, and perfect for Chinese tastes. I went around 3 or 4 pm, and they still had plenty of small cakes, constantly restocking. The prices are reasonable, with small cakes around $10 each. The shop has a nice ambiance, making it a great place for afternoon tea with friends.
