I was referred by my customer to LPD Auto Wrecking who specializes in Mercedes Benz Parts. I called one afternoon and They didn't have a used windshield but had my molding. LPD then quoted me $220.00 for the new windshield and $50.00 for the molding both installed. I then made an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning and by noon the car was completely finished. When I inspected the vehicle everything looked great and I paid for my services the total came out to $250.00 - OMG what a huge savings from the crooks at the dealership! I'm so happy with the workmanship, quality of service and would recommend LPD Auto Wrecking.

We're going to go get something to eat. Please call us when it's done. They said OK we left. Approximately 2:45 PM. This chad person calls my girlfriend stating that they cannot do the diagnosis as originally planned because the technicians leave at 4 PM. He was telling her that he can reschedule her for a Saturday morning. after she hung up and told me that just did not sit right with me so I had to speak up because my girlfriend had to leave work early-frankly it was a waste of time. I called back and I spoke to the service manager Mr. Liu, I gave him the information. He then stated that even if he was scheduled on Saturday, the service that we wanted would not be available- wth??? So I don't know why Chad tried to schedule the service and had do we showed up on Saturday, It would've been another waste of time. Mr. Liu, attempted to give us a loaner but at this point, we were frustrated. I just did not feel comfortable having them work on the car. they all need to be on the same page. We end up going back to them and picking up her car. We were unhappy with their service and lack of professionalism. I told them that we were go to a dealership in Ontario. Not going there again!! Fast forward to day i called about a month ago because my front running light that they replaced was turning off and on they said it wasn't warranted. which was weird because it wasn't even a year of replacing it and for it to be going out on a omi part. So my husband bought a new light and was gonna have our chevy dealership fix it and while removing the bumper they asked if we had previous work done. i stated "yes" they said the the harness wasn't put on and bolts were missing. There was nothing wrong with my light. It was there improper of not put it in my light with the correct protection that they took off just never put back on. Not to mention they did a reset of my SRS airbag module (Sensing and Diagnostic Module - SDM) which was a load of crap cause it wasn't even a hard impact accident. there way of just collecting more money. and it was done improperly my lights in the inside of my car no longer work other little malfunctions due to them doing this.
