this location is a JOKE!!!!! and the superior josh is a rude inconsiderate jerk who should be fired!!!! i bought a tv from them and spent over $2,000 and decided i needed a bigger one. i went to try and return it and he refused to return it to me because it was missing a part that i never received to begin with!! he claims that he can't return an "incomplete" item yet they literally SELL incomplete items on their website. he proceeds to tell me that i can contact samsung to see if they can send me the missing part as if they aren't the ones who sold me the tv with the part missing to begin with... i'm pretty sure he's racist and that's probably why i received the kind of service i did today. i will be taking this up with corporate an reporting him along with this store location. I don't know how this location is still in business I get out of the car and before I make it to the store, not one but two different people begged me for money. One of them was at my car door and I've been car jacked before so that didn't make me comfortable. The second one was as I was walking in and I honestly think the two guys were together anyways now they have parking lot security, but he's leaning against the wall looking at his phone. He's not walking around or doing anything useful. Then I walk inside the store and there's another security guard with a bulletproof vest and he's looking at his phone too. I purchased a car stereo recommended by Best Buy for my daughter's Christmas present. We paid about as much to Best Buy for the installation as we did for the stereo, closing out the whole "fiasco" for over $800. My daughter has a modest Toyota Camry, so this was a big deal to her. Well! Best Buy Fucked us with a dick the size of an elephant trunk. They split her dash board into pieces. We taped it back together and put a dash cover over it, because the stereo worked and I was trying so hard to gift her something that would bless her. I started this process in November to get it done before the holiday. The install didn't last a month. We brought it back to Best Buy and they claim it's Pioneers fault. They want us to uninstall the stereo and mail it to Pioneer for warranty. Then they want us to pay for a reinstall? This from the idiots who broke her dash and claimed no responsibility? Got a TV here a couple days ago, was waiting for my truck standing by my TV I showed the register lady my receipt showing proof it's mine. I then ask the lady if I get help from them to load it or do it myself. Then I hear a loud worker shouting from behind "GO OUTSIDE and we'll push it out for you they'll be here" sounding very aggravated for NO reason when nobody told me any instruction as to leaving the store with my TV, I turned away from her and told the nice lady thank you and walked outside. Do not go to this location for any type of installation because if you have a problem or a question for the installation department you cannot contact them directly because I was told "you need to come to the store". I asked to speak to a manager " you need to come to the store." Hell Mac Donald's let you speak to a manager. You spend all that money at Best Buy and can't report a problem to a manager by phone. If you're in a situation regarding your dash cam and can't make it to the store you're screwed because nobody will talk to you. This is the first time that I've heard you can't speak to somebody who is in technical support department or a supervisor/manager. Al and Ed's audio installation is a great way to go. Not even two days later I received a report from Best Buy saying my card was used in Oakland Ca. Went to my car to get ID encountered this incident which is still confusing, stressful and uncomfortable to even think about, I'm still kind of shocked how A employee of any company could be able to act that way and if he's a manager man,, I am not surprised no one wants to go to that store. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING APPLE OPEN BOX FROM BEST BUY!!!! We bought an Apple Watch SE open box on Sunday off their website. (BLACK FRIDAY IN JULY SALE) We came to pick it up same day, when I get there It was quick & easy. Stephanie was helpful and friendly. Fast forward to when I get home, and we try to connect the watch to my phone. It asked to enter an Apple ID that was not mine. It had to be from the previous owner, that was never removed. So we contact geek squad online because Best Buy was already closed by that time. They say we have to go back to ANY STORE to fix it. We go to the closest Best Buy, long story short, they basically tell us they will not accept it and take the loss for the other store. So we drive to the other store. We tell them the same thing, they say "Oh why don't u just log out ur Apple ID?" If it was that easy I wouldn't have wasted 20 miles of gas(one way) to come in here. So I tell them they are taking the watch back and taking the loss or I'll escalate the issue as this is unacceptable. Esther in a very condescending and rude tone says "Oh how are you going to do that We are not taking any loss!" Gets on the computer for a minute or two, doesn't say a word and walks away leaving us at the counter for 50 minutes without a single update. We had to ask other employees to go back and ask what was going on, and they say Brenda who was the current manager on duty is working on it. Another 40 min go by, when they come out and ask us to show our Apple ID's to confirm the Apple ID doesn't belong to us. Some more time goes by and we finally have a resolution thanks to Brenda, who had tried every tool in her disposal to help rectify this situation. We are incredibly grateful to her, as this would not have ended well if her it weren't for her efforts. Esther was definitely the main issue with this situation as her tone was incredibly rude, condescending, and she was entirely unhelpful. Over all Best Buy has went downhill on customer service. I ordered an ink replacement for my printer and they showed on the app that it was available. The app never updated so I called customer service and they said they have it in stock. I drove down and Chris the manager said they don't have it. It may be on a truck but no way to tell. Called customer service to complain and twice they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. Finally filled a complaint and they said absolutely nothing about the service and only said their app is not always correct. I asked if they had the ink in any local store and they said no. They charged me almost $200 to fix my computer and all they did was run some diagnostic software and said my computer is fine when it's not fine. It won't stay on and is giving me an error code. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! The employees are incompetent and don't really seem to care or be interested in helping customer. I was there yesterday (7/1/2025) to upgrade a phone and the employee named Stephanie didn't seem to know what she was doing and couldn't give me an answer as to why my upgrade was having issues even after calling customer service. They made me wipe my phone to trade it in only to end up not upgrading and having to reverse EVERYTHING that they had messed up. Not only that but the employee got me locked out of my account for too many failed attempts to get in because it needed to send me a verification to my phone that they had just have me wiped so I was unable to get it. Also to top it off the mobile employee left me and went to lunch and never came back so I left after wasting my time there. Over alll disappointed with the store and its employees. Always an issue at this location, ordered an iPad online got it in today it wasn't charging and had no charger or wall plug. I contacted the chat immediately and they told me to take it in store and they should be able to help me either have one on hand to exchange or re order. Once we got in around 1:15 pm went to the customer service section and directed to the woman there. She asked what I was in for and told her the issues she let me know she couldn't do anything other than return it and try to re order. She then proceeded to tell me multiple times with out prompting that buying cheaper items will be missing things and not work which i told her was an advertisement issue as the details when I purchased the iPad stated it will be in working condition and have a charger but she kept telling me how me choosing a cheaper model will not be a good option which I did not understand as it should be completely functional if it's being sold by such a large retailer. She told me so many times that it made me feel like she was targeting me for not being able to purchase a newer more expensive model, and made me feel quite bad about what I am able to afford as I figure being able to buy any iPad is a luxury regardless of the price point and for her to mention multiple times on my purchase choice and how I should just buy a newer more expensive one after telling her that was not something I could do. She was then visibly more rude and expressive tense body language as she tried to charge me for other things when this was an exchange and I shouldn't have to be charged for extras that I did not ask for. She made a play of her being unavailable to remove the extra charges until I told her I would not be paying that and she could get a manager out here for me to talk to about the issues and magically the extra charges where gone and we were able to get out of there but of course she had to tell me again that me just choosing the same option was bad since it would probably come in the same as the last and I was just making a bad choice and to just pay for the newer one.
