You have access to your storage from 5am - 9pm daily. Which is not too bad and quite understandable when you consider the area. Personally I travel a lot and I like the ability to access a storage at any hour however when you consider the customer service, security of the facility its really a no brainer if you live close to the area. I do like the ability to manage your unit online, which includes payments and setting up auto pay. Be aware, you should time your move out wisely. Rent is due monthly on the 1st and if you move out after the 1st the remainder of your rent is forfeited as they do not pro rate for move outs.

I cannot explain the depth of gratitude I have for Mike and his team.  We had water damage in our…read morehome which caused our floors both tile and hardwood to be replaced.  We were blessed to meet with Mike Lohner from IMS Relocation to go over the process.  He was very nice and professional.  He worked well with the schedule our contractor (Richard Williams and Associates) had in place.  When the decision was made to start the packing process Tony, Warner and Lucio came to our home to pack up the  accessories, dishes, pictures, food etc.  They took pictures of everything stored inside of the cabinets, drawers, closets and also the pictures on the wall so they would know where to return everything.  They were so professional and very hard working.  Once they boxed everything up, they stacked the boxes neatly for the next crew to come and load onto the truck. Rito, Bobby and Ken came the next day to pack and load up all the furniture and the boxes.  They were so good!  They arrived in an 18 wheeler filled with individual containers. They loaded up each container until it was full and locked it in front of us.  It doesn't get unlocked until the furniture is returned.  Rito, Bobby and Ken had the best personalities and truly cared about what they were doing.  They made me feel like we had been friends for years!  There was also an electrician and and someone who disconnected the computer and TVs as well.  My apologies to them, I was not home when they came so I didn't get their names but everything was neatly done and I appreciate everything they did!   This has been an terrific experience for me and my family.  IMS really set the tone!  I have truly enjoyed the entire experience.  Everyone at IMS is terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of relocating in the future!

Trash throughout the night, blew into neighboring businesses areas, all over our yard, into the street and into the woods across the street. BUDD Van Lines boxes paper trash everywhere. They should be fined for littering and have to pay my trash fees and my trash pick up fees. I think they charge enough to discard of their trash responsibly. The issue was resolved. They were professional, courteous, apologetic and excellent to work with. Sometimes people make mistakes. The great ones make up for it. Thank you.

In just over four months on 2/29/24, I received notice that my rate would be increasing to $176.00 for April's payment. At this point I called and inquired on why it was being raised so quickly, in which case they did what was called a rent adjustment and left the rate at $131.00. By 7/3/24 (just over four months later) my rate increased to $176.00, and they said that there's nothing they can do about the increase. Then once again, four months later I received another notice on 11/26/24 that my rate would be increased to $223.00 and would take effect on 1/1/25. Outrageous! My previous storage facility was also climate controlled at U-Haul, and I stored my items there for six years. Within that six-year period, my storage rate only increased three times starting at $152.00 and ended at $168.00. At public storage within one year and two months, my storage rate increased twice almost doubling what I was paying when I first moved my belongings into Public Storage. On 12/27/24 I moved my belongings from Public Storage to a competitor that is also climate controlled. My rent at the competitor's climate storage is $152.00 a month for an even larger storage unit than what I had at Public Storage. You tried to get me Public Storage, better luck getting someone else with your excessive rate increases. And lastly, the temperature is not cool in your facility. It was always too warm, even during summer months.

Somehow they charged an extra $1,000 for the time it took to get the truck to the house, the price of supplies was 5-7 times higher than full retail at Lowe's, and they added another $1,000 for additional fees. A friend of mine also used their service today and was quoted $650. He already had everything packed and they finished earlier than expected but they charged him over $1,000. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I found another company that'll finish the move for 1/3 the price. They did do a good job packing, I think, but the estimate has nothing g to do with what they actually charge. Now that we've unpacked, I found that they did not do a good job packing. They placed live plants in boxes upside down. I asked them to be careful with my son's chess set, but they wrapped the pieces together causing damage to most of them.

They're by far the most unprofessional movers I've ever experienced. As stated, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and 100% plan on pursuing action against them for damages and forging my signature.
