My windows were my biggest concern!!! I could barely see through them! Now, they are so clean that they are invisible!!! The inside is beautiful!!!!! Looks brand new! Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! I just parked my vehicle and they came to me. There was a short introduction and he went to work! It was top tier service! Thank you, Alex and Centex! You have earned a new customer!!!! You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.

My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that.
