He refused to give his full name and was very rude, although I was kind and only asked for help. All I asked was if we could file a claim through his insurance because they cover these incidents, and he refused to help or provide insurance info. Very rude owner! She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

If you're short but refuse to wear platform shoes or ride a small bike, this might be your answer…read more I'm 5'5" and I decided that I just HAD to have a KTM 1290 SDR. I realized about a week into owning it later, and the first time I dropped it, I needed more of my feet on the ground. After some research and disappointment, realizing lowering my bike would alter performance, and cost a s**t-ton of money, I decided to look into getting my seat shaved down. After a few YouTube videos I decided I was too uncoordinated and lacking supplies to do it myself, so I looked into an upholsterer. Found Grateful threads online, and it was right down the road from me so I decided to give it a shot. I emailed Chris on a weekend and got a response within hours. Monday came around and I took it in to see what he could do. He was honest and told me he wasn't sure he could get the height that I wanted out of it, without sacrificing too much comfort, but I told him I wanted to try anyway. I expected a long wait, but before the end of the week, I got a text saying my seat was ready! I was nervous thinking it was barely going to make a difference, or that it would be crazy uncomfortable. As soon as I sat on my bike I couldn't stop smiling. I gained more than an inch on the ground. If I'm wearing boots, I can flat-foot my bike now and look a little less ridiculous backing out of parking spaces. Chris also was able to use the original seat covering so no one knows my secret. I was expecting my seat to be much more uncomfortable after losing that much foam, but I have been pleasantly surprised. I've gone on several 2-3 hour rides with this seat and I thinks it's actually more comfortable that it used to be. If you're thinking about coming here for comfort, or for functionality, I highly recommend this place. Take comfort in knowing that the owner isn't just out to make money, he's going to do what is best for you. You're in good hands here.
