After trying several items I picked my favorites and made a purchase -- overall a very nice experience. One downside: after spending over $500 I was disappointed not to receive any samples; I wish they included those it would have been a nice touch. They offered thoughtful recommendations for both skincare and hair care based on specific concerns I mentioned, which I really appreciated. I also left with samples of the products I was interested in trying -- something I love that they offer, as it makes it easy to test items before committing. I was honestly surprised by how much they've expanded their product line. In addition to their classic bath and body items, they now carry makeup and even toothpaste.
