We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!

I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I drove up to talk to them on Wed. The lady and gentleman there were super friendly. They were able to help me with getting my insurance install location switched. Come to find out they are a preferred provider. Lifetime warranty on install. They assigned Albert as my installer. 2 days later I get the call he was on the way. Super nice guy, installed my windshield, and even changed my peach pass over. I thought that I would have to get a new peach pass. Highly recommend them. 5 Star

I looked at the sticker on the back to make sure it was my car. I just couldn't believe what a great job Top Notch did AGAIN. I say "again", because they impressed me about 4 years ago when they repaired another vehicle. I wondered if they were really this good, or if maybe the first time I got lucky. Last night I called here and Brian literally picked up and spoke with me about availability. He was free first thing this morning and we set up a time for him to come. Car was at my house, in the driveway, Brian was friendly, professional, and most importantly- thorough. Found a few areas that needed repair and I was happy that it was reasonable compared to taking it to a major shop. Cracks and dings are important to fix right away. They can turn into something worse so fast, so especially with the high cost of replacement, I'd gladly keep calling Brian to come out moving forward.
