They don't honor return policies and you will get stuck no matter how much you spend .these tools are cheap and don't last more than a year ... and when you ask them to help exchange it or a replacement they give you a hard time or will do nothing to make it right ..the first time I bought a Gamma it lasted a11 months and they will not honor it , so then I bought a chi lava glam 8 months later it broke I got a replacement with a lot of hell and 4 months later it broke and they will not help with it so then I bought a baby less and it sucks to and won't help with that and it's only been 4 days so I don't recommend buying tools with them ... it's all money wasted and they are too expensive not to be better at customer service . read more

When I go to Armstrong in Houston the ladies are so helpful. I went to this one with a friend and the lady was incredibly rude with me. Receipt says her name is Gwhal. I usually let these kind of things go but even my friend had agreed she had a bad attitude. Not friendly at all. read more

I was disappointed with my experience with this location, the two older women "working" were just chatting away at the front. The stock was low, I didn't find what I was looking for. This was during the morning time and we are currently having the pandemic and so masks should be required, they however were not even wearing one, very unsafe. Poor Costumer service , very rude and unprofessional people . I walked in at 1230 pm on Saturday and Crystal Luna and Emily Torrico looked each other no too happy, maybe because it was close. to 1300 and It was time for them to go home, I was talking to another person about that unprofessional and rude service and she said the same thing. When I was ready to pay ,I went to the front desk , gave them my phone number and my name and they couldn't find me on the system,. It is very rare because I go to a different stores and I have never had any problem purchasing my staff. I'm very upset and about this so I am going to report this Higher up . If you don't want to work, go home and let somebody who wants to work do it for you . I went back to my car and I received this msg"We miss you at Armstrong McCall San Antonio! Let me begin with I wouldn't give this place not even one star I've stop by at this location a few time when you walk in its very unwelcoming. Everyone always seems to be unbalance. Just recently I walk in and I'm told no one is allowed to bring there purses into the supply store. Excellent source for beauty industry pros. Well organized, great selection, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile for you. Also, unlike the poster who complained about someone telling her she wasn't allowed to bring in her purse, I have never had that experience there, and I've been there many times.
