Well I bought a house with a slab leak. After calling multiple places about getting the leak found and the slab rerouted I found Matt at Armstrong. He showed up for an estimate and come back a day or so later and rerouted everything. Very neatly too through the attic and into the closets. I only had 3 small wall openings. Fantastic for a reroute. I learned so much while they were here. They were so knowledgeable and had no issue with me asking questions all day. Great experience. Used Armstrong Plumbing for the 2nd time and do not plan on using them again. The first time they fixed a leak under our sink, came quick and charged a fair price. Forgot to turn our drinking water purifier back on, but came back without charging for an extra trip and turned it on the same day and were very nice about it. The second time, our toilet had been flushing all by itself day and night, and Mark came out and assessed the job; it was a replacement flapper, and he just needed to go get it from Home Depot, a 10 minute drive. He was gone for about an hour. When he came back with the $15 part, it was about twenty minutes to install and then explain what he did. Then the bill, $160. Whoa, sticker shock. This wasn't an emergency call, at night or on a weekend. It was scheduled a day ahead. He knocked off ten bucks as a Christmas discount. I appreciate the thought but will be looking for someone with more affordable prices for the work hereafter. read more

I needed my toilet and shower moved from one place to another. These guys were great. They came in with a good estimate with everything that was included. From the start to end they wore their mask which must be tough for the effort they put in. They put in our tub and left the site prepped for me, a beginning DIYer, to do my tiling. I needed help connecting outdoor kitchen to the hookups (drain, water, gas). They came in time, provided a reasonable estimate(significantly below the other two I got), and then came another day to do the job. They did a quality work, always on time as promissed. When I called them to ask them to come back to address one issue with the gas connection they made, they came back a second time and addressed the issue. I would recommend them. One area for improvement is the cleanup after the work is done. Having in mind the price and the quality of the work they provided, I was OK with swiping the floors afterwards myself. read more

It ended up being an old sprinkler line that had a disintegrated valve my husband will replace but I have a new go-to plumber should anything unsavory happen at home.
