We had a bad backup in both showers in our house. We called another company in to clear the drains, who were here all day with two people, unable to clear, and ultimately told us it was going to be a HUGE sum of money to get our showers working again and tried to get us to sign on the spot. I'm glad there are people who are satisfied with Remedy Rooters work. I am not one of them. Justin of Remedy Rooter replaced a wax ring at the base of my toilet eight months ago and I was charged $305. The toilet s leaking again and Dan of Remedy Rooter says they will have to charge me the same or maybe more to do the work again. I looked over the receipt and there is no guarantee for their work. In addition, I should add that I had to prove to them that they had performed the service at my unit as they claimed they had never been here (depending on who you talked with).
