Hello i'm not sure that I even knew you could do this, but I went on to look at my review this morning that I wrote yesterday and somehow it was completely different. I didn't even know you could do that, but anyhow. I did not give them a 5 star rating, I would give them less than a one, they don't stand behind their vehicles and you know, stand behind their customers period I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I took it in the month after Because the battery is not a factory battery, I'm not sure why they changed it. The car only had 9000 miles on it, but it does not have the right voltage and all of the electrical systems fail 1 / 1, not at the same time and then the next time you get in the car or it's different ones, this stranded me in the middle of a 4 lane road a week ago. Could\n Not get it to start. Everything went black. I couldn't use flashers or anything. Very dangerous and then finally, I decided to start I take it to them for a couple other times regarding this and cheat dealership won't service. It cause it's a factory battery period the dealership was supposed to call me once they had access to a factory battery to replace it they never did. I went in yesterday cause I was tired of waiting and they don't acknowledge that. This happened because there was no notes in their computer, and they basically just said sorry about your luck. The Jeep only had 9000 miles on it when I bought.So I don't have a clue why they would replace the battery period\nFrom this dealership is awful.I would not recommend them to anyone read more

Beware of dealerships. I want to be honest about my experience with this dealership, as unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. From the beginning, communication and customer service were lacking. My salesperson's responses were very slow, and when I arrived at the dealership, I received very little assistance. I was handed the keys to the vehicle and a Carfax report, but after that, no one followed up with me or offered guidance. I ended up sitting for nearly an hour without meaningful assistance, which immediately gave me concerns about the level of customer service being provided. I also came to the dealership with two valid lender pre-approvals, fully prepared to move forward with a purchase. However, both sales representatives, Christian and Anas, failed to utilize either of my approved financing options. To ensure there was no misunderstanding, I personally contacted both lenders, and they confirmed that my pre-approvals were active, valid, and available for use. I also verified with the lenders whether any credit application had been submitted on my behalf, and I was informed that no application had ever been received. This was especially concerning because I was told by the dealership that the applications had been sent. Being given inaccurate information regarding something as important as financing made me feel misled and raised serious concerns about transparency. It also appeared that my financing options were not being seriously considered unless I agreed to work with financial institutions recommended by the dealership. In addition, I had legitimate concerns regarding the vehicle itself, including multiple open recalls and questions regarding a claimed 100,000-mile service inspection. When I asked for documentation or proof that this inspection had actually been completed, none was provided. As a customer making a significant financial commitment, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency and supporting documentation when such claims are made. Another issue that stood out to me was the inconsistency in communication. I was told I was communicating with Johnny Cuellar, yet the email correspondence appeared to be coming from an email associated with "Rob Aleman." This created unnecessary confusion and further raised concerns about professionalism and transparency throughout the process. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns as a customer were not taken seriously. Between the lack of communication, misleading information regarding financing, failure to address important vehicle concerns, and the overall lack of professionalism, this was a very disappointing experience. I was very pleased to begin with. They treated me well. I got approved and was driving quickly. Then after having my vehicle for 3 weeks the transmission started slipping. I called them to ask for help considering I bought the extended warranty and I hadn't had the vehicle for a month yet. They blew me off. I made an appointment to have it looked at and when I got there they said they didn't have time or enough mechanics to look at it and that they would call me the next day. They never called. When I called back they just ignored me. If you consider buying a car from these people please make sure you have it checked out very well by a qualified mechanic. Spotless Auto on Culebra & 1604= purchased my vehicle in January 2025 and took it back for repairs in June and December 2025 for the control arm. Due to the negligence of the repair, my tire fell off. When I contacted the dealership that they were responsible for the repairs previously made, they dismissed me and advised they would not be taking responsibility for the repair. I contacted management and this day have not heard back from them For information or details in regards to the repair. I asked to be reimbursed and I never heard back from the dealership, management or the service manager. I think this is very poor customer service on their part. Not taking responsibility for a repair made at their establishment causing the axle to break and tire to fall off. Had I been on the highway in the vehicle, it could've been a fatal accident. I recommend going elsewhere. There are so many better dealers than this place. I made an appointment to test drive one of their land rovers and when I got there, I was passed between 3 different sales people. It was frustrating to tell each of them what I was looking for in a vehicle. The vehicle I went to look at was in really bad shape. There were two main things that were wrong with this vehicle and it was never listed on the ad. Or else I would have never went to look at it. (Which is probably why they didn't list it.) The entire computer system in the screen was broken, it didn't even try to power on. The gas tank was on E and there was a check engine light that was on. I declined the test drive. I requested to hear more about what else they had to offer but the vehicles were on a totally different lot. I was just going to leave and run the opposite direction from this place but they do not leave you alone! Text after text, email after email. I was looking for a Nissan NV 2500 Hightop Cargo Van. I flew in from the Pacific Northwest and drove it home with no problems. The van was newer than what I cold find locally and I saved thousands of dollars. The window had a crack just above the dash board (no big deal), the radio speakers are shot (made for a boring ride home, no big deal). Interior cargo bay is bare (its a work van, no big deal). I expected add on expenses at the car lot. The big surprise was there was no surprises. I had the keys in my hands and was on the road quickly with no surprises from the dealership. RIP OFF ARTISTS!! I found a beautiful looking Jeep there. All the cars are amazingly clean, they should just do a great detail business! Unfortunately after making a 1.5 hour drive to see it, checking in advance to make sure it was there and ready, they pulled it out and when I started it the thing squeeked like it had chipmunks under the hood. I checked it and belt needed changed. I got in it and while driving the check engine light came on. So when I pulled up I asked their mechanic to run the codes. The exhaust system had a problem of some sort. So Sergio says to me that the sales manager wants to know if I want the problems fixed or come down on the price? I told him that its ILLEGAL to sell a car that CANT EVEN PASS INSPECTIONS!!!!! Fix it first and then lets talk. I said of course he need to at least fix whatever is making the check engine light come before I would consider. They never fixed it and they never called me back. It is still sitting there on the lot broken for sale. They acknowledged the problem but did nothing!!! They probably cleared the codes and hoped for someone who would just buy it because it looked cool because they dont know cars very well. How many broken cars are on that lot??? Bought a truck like a year ago that had a TPMS on and I thought it just needed air and to this day it's still on. Had the sensors replaced and everything and still like this. Also the mirror on the right side was damaged as if it was on fire at some point and I can't really see out of it but that's the "other" guys problem you know what I mean?
