Bought a real gem from Bracken Motors. A solid car at a fair price. It felt really good to know my son is in a safe, dependable vehicle.

Having a European car in the Texas Hill Country can be a challenge when it comes to getting it…read moreserviced. When that car is 18 years old, the challenge is even greater. I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

I was referred here by a friend and I am quite happy about it…read more My Ollady was in a drive thru and got hit on my front quarter panel by someone rushing through the parking lot, and I came here for some body work. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! The extra detailing and care they put into the job was amazing and I'll definitely use them again. Thanks so much y'all!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!…read more Ray Aguilar was rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. The moment the paperwork was signed, he stopped communicating altogether and would not return any of my calls. Pedro in finance was excellent, and Jack, who delivered my vehicle, was also great. However, after spending $35,000, you would expect the salesperson to have the basic decency to communicate. From misleading me about warranties, to responding "Happy?" when I requested photos of a vehicle I was purchasing sight unseen, to promising delivery and then not showing up or having the decency to inform me of cancellation--Ray Aguilar's behavior was unacceptable. I would have never chosen to do business with him, but unfortunately, he was assigned to me through a third-party site. Even when I tried to contact management for updates, no one returned my calls. This was the most unprofessional car-buying experience I have ever had. For such a significant purchase, I expected far better.

Have you ever driven your car when your inside display did not work? Well I did so for 80 miles…read more This is when your brain with too much time tin idle goes wild or spin like a globe. I had already left Austin, TX and by the time I realized this was a real problem, I was half way to San Antonio, TX. The closest location was Selma, TX. After stopping at 2 locations at the Audi complex I finally reached service. This compound is crazy large. After asserting my issue was fixed, I turned my car on and you guessed it...still black screen. So back into service my car goes. Then I was told I was going to be scheduled with a technologist, which I thought was already happening. At this juncture, i was told it would be 5 more minutes. Then a service advisor told me it would be another 20 minutes. So, jetted out the Audi North park service department. Sigh.

Eris Rose was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came time for me to buy a new family…read morevehicle. She found the perfect lyriq that fit my family's needs with a new baby and our financial needs as first time car buyers. She was also very helpful explaining all the new tech to my husband and I. I was hesitant on purchasing an EV because it seemed complicated, but she walked us through step by step. I LOVE my new lyriq and so does the entire family. I will definitely buy from Eris on any future vehicles!

I have purchased vehicles from Cavender Cadillac before, including my current Cadillac, so I…read moreexpected another positive buying experience. Unfortunately, because of one sales manager, this will be the last vehicle my family ever attempts to purchase from this dealership. We visited the dealership on Monday, and our salesperson was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, took us on a test drive, showed us multiple vehicles, and followed up exactly as she said she would. She deserves five stars. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment the sales manager became involved. We had been negotiating on two vehicles. When I found out one had over 2,000 miles on it, I decided to purchase the other one. Suddenly we were told it had already been sold. When I questioned how that was possible while we were actively negotiating on that exact vehicle, the story immediately changed. Minutes later they called back saying it actually wasn't sold after all and that I could buy it if I got there before closing. At that point, my trust in anything they were saying was already gone. The worst part of this experience, however, was the sales manager. I have never been spoken to by a business professional the way this man spoke to us. From the second he got on the phone, he was arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to listen. Every time we tried to explain something or answer one of his questions, he talked over us, interrupted us, and raised his voice. He wasn't having a conversation--he was talking at us. It didn't matter what we said because he had already decided he wasn't going to listen. From the very beginning, we explained that we finance through our bank in Wisconsin. We purchase multiple vehicles every year, and we understand exactly how the financing process works. Instead of respecting that decision, he repeatedly argued with us, insisting we needed to finance through them. He even told us we couldn't buy the vehicle unless we financed in Texas, despite the fact that my current Cadillac was purchased in Texas and financed through our Wisconsin bank without any issue. He repeatedly made comments implying we couldn't afford the vehicle or didn't have enough money to put down. Those comments were insulting, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for. Several times during the conversation he arrogantly stated, "We sell three cars a day. We don't care if you buy one or not." He also continuously tried to pressure us by saying another salesperson had someone ready to buy the vehicle and that we had to get there before they closed to sign paperwork. It felt like one pressure tactic after another. What frustrated me the most wasn't that we couldn't reach an agreement. It was the complete lack of respect. We were treated as though our questions were an inconvenience. We were talked over, yelled at, interrupted, and belittled throughout the conversation. At no point did this manager show any interest in listening to us or earning our business. My family owns a successful multi-million-dollar business in Wisconsin, and we purchase vehicles on a regular basis. We know how buying and financing works. We have worked with many dealerships over the years, and I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service this poor from anyone in management. We ultimately chose to walk away--not because of price, not because of financing, and not because of the vehicle. We walked away because character matters. Respect matters. Integrity matters. This manager demonstrated none of those qualities. The salesperson was excellent, and I genuinely feel bad that someone like her has to work under a manager who treats customers this way. One manager cost Cavender Cadillac not only this sale but every future purchase our family would have made there. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a respectful, honest, and professional buying experience.
