The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! I'll spare the individual's name we worked with, but to put it simply, he was full of it. He talked really fast. Continuously made it feel like he was doing us favors and like this was the opportunity of a lifetime. It wasn't. He has several salesman awards and it makes sense. It seems that his tactic is to make you feel like the demand is high so you'll feel pressured to buy and then you eventually do, thus making him an extraordinary salesman. It's so unfortunate in today's economy. If we didn't have good judgement, we'd probably be in this vehicle having paid $1k-$3k more than it's worth because we felt pressured. We inquired about the price over the phone and let's say he told us it was $35k then miraculously upon reviewing paperwork the price jumped to $36.9k. Nearly a $2k jump, and like nothing. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you go to this dealership, don't feel pressured to buy anything. Don't believe them when they say they have several interested buyers and do not make them rush you to make a decision. Stay away if possible. They employ many predatory sales tactics.

My 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron, with only about 700 miles on it, turned out to be a lemon--which is shocking for a brand-new luxury vehicle. What made the situation far worse was the complete lack of response from the General Manager. I sent multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue professionally and never received a single reply. Being ignored at that level, especially with a vehicle this new, is unacceptable. Because of the dealership's failure to engage, I was forced to hire a lawyer just to move the process forward. That should never be necessary for a customer seeking a fair and reasonable resolution. I expected far better from a luxury brand dealership.
