I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! Upon arrival my husband and I looked at the vehicle. It has everything I could want but I wasn't in love with it. That being said we took some time to look around at other models which led us to finding the GLC300 that is pictured below. The model had so much and the exact interior/exterior I was looking for! Jimmy was so helpful in this process when it came to comparing the vehicles since we were first time buyers. We then sat down and worked some numbers since we had a trade in and came to a deal! It was a super smooth process and honestly the best car dealership experience I've ever had. We had some downtime in between paperwork which caused my husband to start looking around. He spotted the car below that's pictured and fell in love with it. Jimmy took note of his interest and finished working our deal. I told my husband to sleep on it and see where he was tomorrow on a decision. Well, 9am came and he was dead set on purchasing that car! My husband immediately texted Jimmy who then told us to come so we could begin working that trade/numbers. My wife and I were deeply disappointed at the lack of accountability of the dealership. We came in on Saturday Jan 3rd to buy a GLB based on the deal we saw posted on their website. Only after test driving and moving to the next phases of the buying process were we informed the advertised 3 year servicing deal that got us in the door- was no longer being offered, even though it was still actively posted on the website. Then we were told if we don't buy the car today the price will go up $2000 tomorrow. These are both underhanded sales tactics that I would not expect from a dealership of this stature.

The moment the paperwork was signed, he stopped communicating altogether and would not return any of my calls. Pedro in finance was excellent, and Jack, who delivered my vehicle, was also great. However, after spending $35,000, you would expect the salesperson to have the basic decency to communicate. From misleading me about warranties, to responding "Happy?" when I requested photos of a vehicle I was purchasing sight unseen, to promising delivery and then not showing up or having the decency to inform me of cancellation--Ray Aguilar's behavior was unacceptable. I would have never chosen to do business with him, but unfortunately, he was assigned to me through a third-party site. Even when I tried to contact management for updates, no one returned my calls. After asserting my issue was fixed, I turned my car on and you guessed it...still black screen. So back into service my car goes. Paid $6700 for a whole new engine, transmission, and transfer case. Took over a week to do. Got it back, drove it for under a week and started running rough. Check engine light came on and was running in safe mode. Wouldn't go over 25 mph. Took it back 3 times and he said couldn't get it to run funny. So he gave it back to me. Did that 3 times. Last time he told me I should take it to the dealer to see about a computer. All the 5 stars are from friends or family. Not real. Don't take your car here. Extremely Disappointed - Escalation Ignored…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Audi North Park, specifically with upper management. My 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron, with only about 700 miles on it, turned out to be a lemon--which is shocking for a brand-new luxury vehicle. What made the situation far worse was the complete lack of response from the General Manager. I sent multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue professionally and never received a single reply. Being ignored at that level, especially with a vehicle this new, is unacceptable. Because of the dealership's failure to engage, I was forced to hire a lawyer just to move the process forward. That should never be necessary for a customer seeking a fair and reasonable resolution. I expected far better from a luxury brand dealership. InAudi North Parkis willing to address this situation responsibly, I am open to communication, but my experience so far has been deeply disappointing. Dropped two stars…read more Took our blackwing in for a front emblem swap, part that we ordered directly from Cadillac did NOT fit. This part was ordered on 3 different occasions and the team was unable to provide a part with correct clips to mount. After they failed to put the new one on, the original was re-mounted. Upon returning home and under closer review, our emblem is damaged (looks like a screwdriver was used to try to pry the emblem off) and when confronted I received a lackluster answer "Could be a rock chip" yeah....no. Only returning to the service team because we get free oil changes for life but otherwise we will not be allowing the techs to touch our vehicle. $70k car....would think y'all would treat it with more respect.
