A crew of men finished the job in a day and a half. No cherry picker - they climb the tree directly while harnessed and cut each piece one at a time. They worked from the outside of the tree in. Each piece is tied to a rope and lowered with control, not dropped. This produced a large amount of sawdust all over the front yard but there is no way around this. At my request they worked with my neighbor to cover his pool with a tarp because of the sawdust that comes raining down. They did clean up the paved areas afterward. The only thing is some of my succulent plants in my yard had pieces broken off but nothing drastic. I thought the price was fair. As with other small businesses, they were willing to work with me on price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional tree work. We are 100% happy customers (-: We requested for all of our different palm trees, box shrubs, and podocarpus hedge to be trimmed back (all if not most were at least 2-3 stories tall). The crew was on time, extremely efficicent and communicative. Everyone was very mindful of our neighbors fence, property, roof line and powerlines. Everyone had PPE on and were so incredibly safe when scaling the trees and hedges. Clean up was very thorough. Majority of our fronds and hedge were processed by the chipper and hauled.
