And even though I was telling her about my almost unresponsive dog, she kept giggling in the phone. Being in the medical field myself, every patient conversation is important. Every client is treated like your next of kin. I'm sure the vet care here is probably good, but I felt that this staff person could care less about my family member. I wasn't ready to let my puppy go, and so I told them to go ahead and schedule everything. They're very easy to communicate with and reply relatively quickly for a busy medical center. My dog is also grumpy at the vet, so I always called ahead and made sure to mention it. They have muzzles of all sizes, so I would muzzle her every time we went just in case. According to the vets and vet techs, she's a good girl! But I just want to keep everyone safe and comfortable. When it came time to get her leg amputated, Dr. Goodwin was the only vet who was able to do it. Dr. Goodwin was also the one to diagnose her, and she was there every step of the way. She kept in touch with me and updated me very often!

She trimmed his 4" fur down to about an inch long all over; it must have taken her all day. He had multiple mats -- they're all gone. And Dexter has been strutting around. He knows how good he looks and I can tell how good he feels. Ashley treated our dog like he was her baby; he absolutely adored her. We've never experienced such care and compassion for one of our pets. We will never go anywhere else.

I paid $32 dollars more than what I have ever paid for my fur baby, but what I desired for my fur baby is what I got, a full grooming that did not leave him looking a hot mess. Instead, John took time to calm my fur baby down by walking him and working with him to de-matt and care for his fur providing him with an even and smooth cut. I also appreciate John's patience by finding a time and day suitable for my schedule. This grooming service is Monday-Friday with no weekends. He also serves the Forney, TX area. John gave me some helpful tips to help me keep my fur baby's fur, which includes his tail, manageable. I highly recommend this dog grooming service if you are looking for top quality care for you fur baby. I am excited about my next appointment.
