My father in law bought his…read morebrand new Chevy Silverado from this dealership in 2019 and bought a bumper to bumper warranty on his truck. He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We will never do business here again.

However, I went to their "storage lot" to see vehicles not yet listed and on the windshields of those trucks they stated detailed lists of everything that was wrong with the vehicles. These are ALL auction vehicles. The guy also kept my $300 Deposit after the vehicle wasn't as described. It was non-refundable, but the vehicle was junk once I got there.

I was better off just going to the local junk yard and picking the nearest POS to tow off because that's what I eventually had to do not even 2 weeks later! I came in and these gentleman seemed very nice and knowledgeable and kind! Pictures of children and family they seemed very proud of the business. What a facade! I told them I was looking for a reliable vehicle that would last us some time seeing as we have had terrible times in the past with vehicles and we were ready to have something nice for our family! I bought a 2014 GMC Terrain. I drove several vehicles on his lot and test drove this certain one for quite a while before deciding on my purchase. Not even 3 days later it started to jerk and shake every time I would stop at a stop light or stop sign! I eventually ended up stranded and had to get a tow and took to a mechanic and it was a timing chain.... all spark plugs, and coil. The mechanic informed us that the vehicle was put through all sorts of hell and half arsed work, that it's had several un maintained issues! It burns oil like no other, has a exhaust issue and now after dropping over 1,500$ into it AFTER PURCHASE we have some now new unknown issue where it just starts to sputter and jerk again and slowly dies out and stops running literally whenever it wants! They took our Van that had a pretty decent running engine no check engine light at all, and they made sure we had to trade it in so we would be stuck with the vehicle they sold us! I now regret not just keeping my van and putting the work into that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! This will be the biggest mistake and regret you will ever have! I now have no vehicle and a son who has to go to physical therapy twice and week and a husband who now has to walk 3 miles to work and back! On top of not being able to take care of my elderly mother daily! THEY DO NOT CARE! Ryan clearly knows the situation and pretty much said it's our issue now! He did offer us to bring it to his mechanic and he would take a look! Yeah ok let me pay that tow bill 2hrs away after I am scratching pennies together to get through the week after spending everything on fixing the timing chain! And god only knows how much whatever is now wrong is going to be. I was pretty much told to start looking for a new motor to drop in because the one that is in it is in such bad shape! She found the right size vehicle within her price range, model year, and mileage. They let her take it for a test drive on Friday but she wanted to pray about it over the weekend. When she called on Monday to tell them she wanted it, they let her put a deposit on it via credit card and she picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. They were very helpful and not pushy at all. We have several friends who have purchased vehicles from them and they all had good things to say about the folks at Reisma which is why we went there. Great folks to deal with!
