Suffolk County has one more place to feed my boba tea addiction. The tea at Arnor Crêpes and Bubble Tea has a rich tea taste, not just sugar and water. There are endless customized drink options here, so it took some time for me to decide what I wanted to order. Staff was helpful and patient. I chose the iced passionfruit tea with lychee boba, no milk, 30% sugar level and extra ice. The flavor of the drink was incredible. The boba popped sweet lychee syrup into my mouth. My taste buds were overloaded every time I sucked the beverage through my boba straw. I also had a small bowl of coconut ice cream. The texture of this luscious dessert was smooth and mouth coating. It tasted fresh. It also had shredded coconut in it, which made it satisfying and filling. I can't wait to return so I could once again savor the flavor of this cold, creamy and delectable treat. On another day, I came back and tried a custom-made ham and mozzarella cheese crêpe. It was generously portioned and had a memorable taste. However, the crêpe itself was stiff. I was expecting it to duplicate the first crêpe that I ever tasted: the light and crispy one that melted in my mouth one cold February afternoon in Brittany when I was a high school French exchange student, experiencing a culinary odyssey while traveling through France with other American teens and our chaperones during a whirlwind cultural immersion. Don't let the long lines in Arnor fool you. They move quickly. The employees are attentive and friendly. They allowed me to sample some ice cream flavors before I decided to get the coconut. The location is perfect for an after-dinner stroll on date night. It is in a vibrant neighborhood that draws a cosmopolitan crowd. The prices are appropriate for the product quality and upscale ambiance. The only downside is that there is very little seating, so pray that there are seats available when you get there. I certainly recommend that you go to Arnor Crêpes and Bubble Tea whenever you have a craving for some fragrant and flavorful bubble tea, but I do not recommend that you order the crêpe because the one that the server prepared that day deviated from the original recipe, which was created in Brittany, France. read more

I just ate at a different place so I could only try the drinks. The customer in front of us ordered several crepes so that took a while. The employee apologized for the wait though we understand. It gave us time to examine the menu and check out the crepe creations. Please have patience since there were 2 employees working at the time. There are several tables and seats available if you wish to sit. There is a table and seats outside if you wish. I ordered passion fruit green tea with 50% sugar and less ice. I thought my drink was sweet - guess I have to ask for 25% sugar. My friend ordered the classic milk tea. She said her drink was good. Came here to try their drinks. Nothing to rave about. We ordered the milk tea and coconut milk tea and a passion fruit green tea. The milk teas were literally all milk no tea. The color was white and not the usual darker tan. Drinks were sweet. My favorite was the green tea but its just average compared to all the other places ive had it. A welcome addition to the lacking LI Bubble Tea scene. Came here for an afternoon pick-me-up. Entered the establishment which was super bright and clean. Ordered an oolong green tea with boba. Of course, like all legit bubble tea places, they have the plastic sealed lids, a machine that shakes the tea, a variety of flavors and of course, the option to choose your ice and sugar levels. As you wait there for your tea, you can admire the other offerings they have. Slushes, fruit teas, sweet crepes with ice cream, savory crepes with hot fillings. They even had red bean ice cream!!! Received my drink and the tea was perfect. Not too sweet, bold oolong flavor throughout. I do have to dock a star for the boba itself though. Maybe it was an off day but the boba was a smidge tough in the middle and was not sweet at all. From what I see in other reviews that doesn't seem like its normal but, I'm not letting that deter me from this place! Overall, I think this is a wonderful place to get your bubble tea fix...fixed. So I really love bubble tea, but Stony Brook for some reason does not have a lot of great options. So when I heard that there was going to be a new place, and they were going to serve crêpes as well as bubble tea, I was really excited to try it. I finally got around to trying it today, though they do have delivery options in case you don't wanna be out in public right now. The store itself is really clean and the decor is nice. For me, one of the big selling points if they actually have rose milk tea, which is one of my absolute favorites. I ordered a medium, with tapioca. They made it really quickly, and it wasn't that terrifying radioactive bright pink color that some bubble tea places do. Like most good bubble tea places they do let you pick how sweet you want it, and the tapioca itself was firm and chewy without being too hard or too soft. This place is fairly new and I was craving boba. Went in the afternoon after driving an hour to get there. I was completely pulled in by the amount of flavors and items they offered. I was not greeted when I walked in and I was the only person in the store. Cashier was dry and not welcoming at all. I told her that it was my first time visiting and she just stared at me and whispered " what do you want?" I asked her if she could recommend anything and she pretty much ignored me and stood there awkwardly staring. However, I ended up getting a flavored drink with boba and a crepe. It was so good! The man who made my crepe was nice. He handed it to me with a smile. Not asking for a whole performance. But it would have been nice if the cashier would have been a little more welcoming. It might have been a cultural thing because SOME Asians tend to be antisocial and timid (I'm half Asian, so I completely understand). However, I find myself craving their crepes! I got a medium black honey bubble tea, and it was delicious. The inside of the store was cute and clean, and the staff member who helped me was very nice. I am taking off one star because of the high prices. My drink cost $5, while the nearby Kung Fu Tea sells the same thing for $3. That said, this place has tables and seating, while Kung Fu Tea is basically just a walk up stand. If you're willing to pay, this would probably be a nice spot to study or work over some food, especially post pandemic. read more
