A great coffee spot to work from or grab a quick drink and bite. Came here to work and it's quite spacious, but a bit dark on the side I was sitting, regardless of the big windows on the other side. There's free wifi for paying customers to enjoy. I got the iced aroma, my usual go to when I visit any Aroma Espresso Bars. It comes in two sizes, medium or large and all their drinks come with a pieces of aroma chocolate. Drinks came out quickly and ambiance was not too loud, perfect to work from. Overall, it's pretty standard with all the other franchises of Aroma in Ontario as well. A great spot to check out. read more

This spot is nearby my work and has been my go to spot for lunch. I've gotten a few things off their menu and I have not been disappointed. I even got a chance to work from the café itself and the place is clean and quiet to get some work done. I ordered the Grilled Halloumi & Sweet Potato salad with chicken. This salad is so good, that at one point I ordered this almost everyday for lunch. There personal sandwiches are great as well, I usually order a half which is pretty filling. Even find there pastries really good. I'm writing this as I enjoy there salad for lunch.. haha! read more

I was here a few days ago, I ordered an ice coffee with my meal, I waited for about 20 minutes, I got my meal first and was still waiting for my ice coffee while others where getting theirs first, I asked the barista what happened to my ice coffee, she looked confused and said it wasn't in the order ‍, never coming here again, super slow service and baristas don't listen. read more

This coffee bar is part of a well known chain. It's brand new in appearance, good selection of coffee and some dessert or breakfast pastries. Nice place to chill, talk with friends and enjoy good coffee and ambiance. The service. Is friendly and prompt. We went here to have a work discussion. Well...we were told as we entered that we couldn't sit in an area of 5 tables near the front as it was closed off now. This was @5pm, they close @ 10:00. So we had to sit at a small table, dimly light, with a speaker sending out fairly loud music above us. We ordered & I asked if they could turn down the music a bit. The music hindered our conversation. I didn't say but found it very unappealing to hear. A man came over to inform us that other people like it this loud, then went back & turned it down. Quite an unnecessary comment. He then called out something we couldn't really hear or understand. My husband went up...not for us...he called out again & a young woman behind us went over to the counter. He admonished her with "I've called you 4 times". Next , because I asked for 1 shot in my large latte, a server came over to ask did I want it made with cappuccino beans instead, my husband & I have never heard of this distinction. She said it wasn't as bitter, ok. My latte turned out to be watery & tasteless...should have stuck with what I like. So unfortunately we won't come back. Too bad. Oh, also got told we are closed now. Yay for a new location here in the 'Bridge. We only had coffee (Canadiano, new one to me - Americano with milk; and a good old brewed with added flavour shot). Aroma locations are remarkably consistent with their product offerings in terms of taste and quality, if not always with the physical set-up of the restaurants and accompaniments. This one is nicely done, although it would have been awesome to have some booths like they do at Yonge and Eglinton. Here it's just small tables, and one row of bench seats with small tables, but it has decent capacity. It was also clean and properly equipped with full supply of all the incidentals (full range of sweeteners, creamers, napkins, etc. etc.) so you don't have to go back and chase staff for them. Kudos to the staff for maintenance. The staff who took our order was super nice, friendly, and obviously wanted to make sure we were well served. There were some glitches with one coffee being served as takeaway in a paper cup in spite of clearly being ordered as stay-in, and a wait long enough for the Canadiano to be done after subsequent customers got their coffees, so I can't say it was a 5 star service experience, but it was close otherwise. I'll gladly go back for the higher rate atmosphere and coffee (and that includes the signature piece of chocolate - mm mmm!) as a nice alternative to the glaring, fluorescent, plastic ambience of Tims and their inconsistent versions of coffee. So glad to have a proper Aroma location right here in Woodbridge! read more

Aroma itself has an amazing menu which has insanely fresh and healthy ingredients. The entire ambiance of this cafe is ideal for coffee dates, studying, or just grabbing a bite to eat. This specific location recently opened and the customer service is amazing! The cashiers are incredibly cheerful, nice and helpful! - also funny. Kudos to you. Worst aroma espresso bar I've ever been to. I went there a couple of times. One time the manager guy was humiliating the employee in front of me just because she didn't do something he said immediately. I felt bad for her and it was really uncomfortable for me as a customer. Last time I was sitting alone in a table for 4 when most of the tables are empty. The manager came to my table and said he is allowing me for this time but next time I can't be sitting alone in a 4 chair table. I felt extremely bad and left immediately. Ordered Uber Eats from this particular location to a hotel I was staying at. The food was of high quality. I had their croissant breakfast sandwiches which were very delicious. My only complaint is that the service was quite slow and the order arrived at my hotel later than quoted on the Uber Eats app. So do keep that in mind if you're in a rush or on a schedule. read more

I was so luckily to stumble upon Aroma while in the Toronto area for work. The blueberry crumble is what got me through my day, and the friendly staff and the quick service is what will bring me back any time I am in the area. I have been to this location twice over the past few months. A few months ago, I came to this Aroma to do some work with my sister. As I was working, the manager walks up to my table and yells at me for leaning my foot against the chair that was beside me at my table. I was so caught off guard because I failed to realize how something so minuscule could bother someone like that. We got up and left immediately. Fast forward to April 2020, my mom and I were in the area and she insisted that she needed coffee (Aroma was the closest place around). Given the COVID situation, I tried to use my foot to press the automatic door switch, which was broken and did not open. When we came inside, the manager, who was at cash, felt the need to demonstrate how to use the door switch (which also didn't work for him, but apparently he is almighty and all-knowing). This was incredibly disgusting for him to do, as he was undermining our ability to operate a simple door. I can only imagine how poorly he would have reacted had someone with a disability needed to open the door. We will never be returning to this location. I would recommend driving the extra kilometres to go to the Vaughan Mills location or the store on Rutherford (near LA Fitness). Or better yet, support a company that values customers all around. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Service is terrible. I ordered something completely different than what I received and no one would do anything for me after I was unhappy with my order. The service is VERY VERY SLOW. It was a Saturday afternoon, not busy at all and I ordered HALF a breakfast sandwich to go. It took them over half an hour to get my order ready. I don't think I will return to this location. Also, another guest, who also ordered take-out left without his food because he was waiting so long. They either need to get more people to prepare the food or get someone who works faster. I am very disappointed. It's not worth the wait or the price! read more
