This coffee shop was absolutely phenomenal for our visit. We came all except one day (in which we tried another coffee shop for fun, and it was rather unimpressive). The Peruvian ready brew is unbelievably delicious, I ended up buying a bag of the beans to bring home, and they offered to grind them for me based on details of my coffee pot at home. Extremely courteous. Over the course of our stay, I have tried various roasts of the ready brew, and the strawberry Matcha, which I believe is one of their seasonal flavors. All of them have been delicious. My friends loved the sea oat latte - I tried a sip and it was amazing. One staff member in particular stood out to my friends and I, I wish that we remembered her name, but she was an older woman who was incredibly kind, made polite conversation with us, and thanked us for our business. There was often a long line out the door, but they managed to keep things moving very quickly! Definitely worth the stop! read more

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and our twins for our morning coffee. When on vacation, we try to hit up a new local coffee shop, and on this morning we decided to go to Amavida Coffee Roasters. This shop is located on North Barrett Square. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was super crowded on the day that we went, and the inside had a modern, airy look with high open ceilings, exposed piping, and white tile along the back wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were shelves of coffee beans and merchandise on one side, a pastry case full of baked goods, and a counter where drinks were being made. In addition to the coffee, the shop also includes a section selling 30A-branded apparel, complete with its own checkout counter and displays of shirts, hats, and accessories. For my coffee on this morning, I went with a 24 oz iced latte with macadamia milk, and my wife chose a 16 oz mocha with macadamia milk as well. At $8.00 and $7.25 respectively, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I appreciated that I could add non-dairy milk without an upcharge. From the time I entered the store until I had left was probably 20 minutes or so, and then we headed to the beach where I could enjoy my coffee. My coffee ended up being solid, with the espresso flavor right at the front, followed by an earthy and nutty finish from the macadamia milk. My wife also enjoyed her mocha and appreciated the extra flavor from the macadamia milk too. The bottom line for me is that I might stop by here again in the future. While I thought that my coffee was good and I liked that you could pick the milk of your choosing, the prices were definitely on the steeper side. read more

We took a short trip from WaterColor this morning to visit Rosemary Beach, and of course, our first stop was coffee! We decided on Amavida Coffee Roasters, which had a line out the door. Don't let the line scare you, it moves fairly quickly. Everything we had, both food and drinks, was very good. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and the nitro cold brew was exceptional. The chorizo and egg taco was also very good, but fair warning: it's extremely small (literally about two bites). As for the prices, I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about how expensive it is, but honestly, that shouldn't be a surprise. You're not going to find "value pricing" in Santa Rosa, Seaside, WaterColor, or anywhere else along 30A. Real estate is high, and this is an upscale tourist destination. That said, the prices here are comparable to other local competitors. Overall, it was a good experience with above-average coffee and food. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area. Coffee was expensive but good. Ordered tacos for $6 each and after I had already swiped my card was told there was no salsa. They were quite dry without it. For a few tacos and coffee $45 is a little ridiculous, but I guess it's in line with the area. read more

On one side of the store, they have a large selection 30A merchandise that includes apparel, accessories, cups, stickers and more. They offer all the usual coffee offerings espressos, lattes, cold brew and cappuccinos. There is a selection of pastries including quiche, bacon, & cheese biscuits, fruit cream cheese tart, ham & Gruyère croissant, chocolate croissant and muffins to name a few. I tried their special coffee flavor that includes vanilla, cinnamon and honey in a latte. It was smooth and rich. Very good coffee! The location is very open and bright, with lots of natural light. There are a pretty good number of tables, but they're spread out so it doesn't feel crowded at all. They also have some cool merchandise available for sale. The staff was really friendly, and our drinks were ready promptly. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm in town. read more

Cute little coffee shop inside the main Rosemary corridor. Parking can be brutal depending on time of day but lots of other nice little shops to see once parked. I've never actually wandered around, as our trips to Rosemary typically revolve around the same eating places and staying on the beach. We had a long wait for our favorite restaurant so opted to walk and stop in. I love that they have plenty of seating and a/c haha. The Macha Green Tea latte I had wasn't the best ever but it was decent. I more enjoyed the atmosphere and the fact that they give back to the EJI ... i fundraised for the EJI during 2020, so this spoke to me (check photo). I have yet to try the coffee but will be back here next time to write a more in-depth review. read more

Good experience until as we were leaving my daughter asked for a croissant. 3-4 employees at counter, 2 people in front of us, we pay for the croissant and it takes a longer than necessary to give us a pastry (not heated) I mentioned to the cashier that wow that was a long time to wait (I get it that the barista was making drinks and that someone might be heating up a pastry but if we've paid and you just need to bag a piece of bread so just do it. This whole Starbucks mentality of doing it in order only makes sense if there's a lot of fancy drinks ordered. A smart business has one on the coffee machine, one ringing and some handing over pastries. Did this for a while at a VERY busy Starbucks and we got people in and out with never a complaint. This 18-25 year old worker doesn't seem to be able to think on her feet and really isn't trained to make the customer happy. Lots of info for a simple thing but it is sad to see a young lady so rude to and older adult when she just should have said sorry we follow the plan instead of a very curt, rude response! I went in and tried to get something, (I can't remember what it was) and the lady at the front was extremely rude. When I told her the drink I wanted she said "OHH well ok but we have to measure the water temperature and it takes 5 mins to make si are you sure that's what you really want." And I have no clue why the hell they have to take the water temp because this is something I can make at home in 2 minute but whateve, and I don't give a damn how long it takes to make that's what I want and that's what I am paying for.
