This is our routine breakfast stop before flying out of ECB every trip to 30A, for years. The location and decor is always pleasant and fun. Fascinating pictures from the 50's and 60's beaches decorate the walls. It's always clean. The food is always a hit. Every-time. Have never had a bad dish. Someone always orders the chicken and waffles, it is a staple for us. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is service. On several separate occasions now our servers have been lackadaisical. They definitely take their time working. There is never a sense of hustle. This has led to several occasions now where glasses remained empty for long periods of time, or we waited for 10-15min after everyone had clearly finished for them to return to our table. On several occasions I actually would have to standup and flag down our server to get a check. Today I watched a small boy on a table next to us spill his water. No server came over to help his father clean up. Two nearby tables with ours all handed him our extra napkins to help. I explicitly noted one server see the activity and just walk away like she couldn't be bothered to help. My only complaint. read more

(Think it was the pickle juice brine) Service was good but not great never offered butter for biscuits or jam or jelly. We visited on a cold and dreary Sunday, we decided to sit outside because we would be seated immediately. On any other day the outdoor seating would've been nice, but it was windy and cold so that definitely affected our overall experience. However, our waitress was so friendly and warm, she definitely helped make an unpleasant situation better. Once we ordered, our food did come out fairly quickly which was a big relief. I got the biscuit sausage/egg sandwich and it was good, the biscuit was flaky and the sandwich was flavorful. read more

Restaurant is a decent size and half is i door and half is outdoor. I did sign our group on the waiting list via yelp prior so by the time we drove we would cut the wait time down. Parking lot looks it part or a hotel building. It was easy to park and find. We got a spot right in front. Only thing was we said indoor seating and they sat us outdoor anyways. Its busy Restaurant so come prepared to order and decrease your time. They did have fans for the tables outdoor. Savannah was our waitress and she was super nice and attentive especially with the large parties she was serving. Food tasted food and everyone enjoyed. If apple pay you have to pay upfront after all others you can pay at the table. Whichever suits your time better. I order burrito and changed the meat out for the fried chicken... it was good but you cant tell it was the fried chicken due to it got soggy. I still enjoyed it with a side pancake I was able to order one which many places don't. Rest of my table order Avocado toast, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Throughout our meal, our waitress came across as very standoffish and unfriendly. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable during what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. The food was fine, but the service left a lasting negative impression. We came here on a Saturday at around 9:45. We ordered The Mother Of All Biscuits and a Breakfast Platter. The eggs were okay, but nothing to write home about. The Hash Cake and biscuit, on the other hand, were absolutely fantastic. My partner loved The Mother Of All Biscuits. We also got orange juice and a latte. The orange juice was freshly squeezed which was delicious. My vanilla latte was also amazing. The restrooms were very nice, but you do have to exit the restaurant and walk down the boardwalk next to a pool to access them. read more

The waffle was so good. It's fluffy and falls apart and with fruit and syrup it was an amazing. Loved the hash brown as well as the biscuits and gravy which were very tasty. Beautiful outdoor seating by the pool and the service was fast and had good recommendations. Must come if you are visiting the beach! read more

Stopped here on a whim while heading to the beach. Family and our dog sat and ate. The food was all delicious, well seasoned and a wide variety for "regular" diners, to vegans, to those wanting something lighter. Service was fast and friendly, and recommendations met expectations. Before I knew it I was done without even snapping a pic, oops. But I had the Cathead Chicken Biscuit, which was an open faced biscuit topped with dill brined fried chicken that was then topped with sausage gravy and cheddar! I also got the side Hash Cake, which was a nice square of mashed/shredded potato fried to perfection. This is a laid back place as far as ambiance, comas you are from bathing suits to polos, they accepted us and our little 5lb Yorkie. Overall a great dining experience. This place is cute. Everyone is friendly, they have a waitlist on yelp that you can join if it's busy but we walked in on Memorial Day 2025 at about 8:30 AM and they sat us right away. My husband ordered the granola and yogurt and he really enjoyed it. We ordered a biscuit to share and it was delicious - one of the better biscuits I've had. That truly is their specialty. I ordered from their specialty menu, the old school wrap, and it was okay. It was a little bland but not terrible. The hashbrown that it came with was delicious. Overall, a good breakfast spot. Just had Saturday Brunch at BBB. Food was good and came out in reasonable time. As a Rosemary owner, we were excited to have BBB back open. Wait for a table was 45 minutes which was expected, but Hostess allowed group to jump the line, when we were #1 on the list! When Hostess asked who the waitress was seating ahead of us, they had no answer. Our waitress was sullen and uninterested in being there. Made for an overall unenjoyable experience. Too many other good options, like the Donut Hole or Shades, to suffer bad service!! Need more customer service training!! read more

I had a terrible experience here today. My husband and 7 month old arrived to eat and the server told us it would be 15 minutes inside or 20 minutes to sit outside. We said outside that we would wait. I walked outside 15 minutes later to get something out of the car and when i came back in the hostess was sitting us inside. I said oh we were wanting to sit outside? And she said oh that would be even more time and i said okay. 40 more minutes went by and everyone was seated except for us.. she was clearly not seating us on purpose and it was the last day of our vacation. Came here for brunch and enjoyed an amazing meal! We were able to walk in and sit immediately. The restaurant is located in a hotel. The patio area looks out onto the hotel pool. It's beautiful! I had the Vietnamese cold brew which was so good! It has condensed milk and regular milk. Highly recommend if you like cold brews. I enjoyed the pancakes and hash brown cake. The pancakes are huge but so delicious! The hash brown cake was so crispy and filling. I definitely recommend this restaurant! read more

Went for a big bad breakfast and it was big and good ... it was a bit pricey for breakfast but I would recommend to go at least once just to experience a different breakfast menu. Fair prices for the area. Homemade biscuits seem to be their claim to fame. I had biscuits & sausage gravy and it was good but not great: too little gravy and barely warm. Others ordered veggie omelet, granola-yogurt-fruit plate, and a bloody mary. They all liked what they got. We also got 2 breakfast egg-bacon-cheese biscuits to go for breakfast next day and they were generous in size and very good, and they used very good to-go container (paper base bowl) so microwave reheating was easy. Service - 3/5 Our host was semi-friendly. He was able to pick up that we were visiting. I wasn't able to hear his name as he turned away when he said it and because of the noise level. I think he said John or something similar. Staff as a whole didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Food - 3/5 3 out of 5 is generous. I got the Carmel Cappuccino and Big Bad skillet. The Cappuccino was on point and was strong with espresso not watered down. The skillet was too eggy for me (opinion- I'm not a big fan of eggs) so I kinda picked at it. The biscuit was great after the host informed me that I could have some free strawberry jam. My partner got Breakfast plate or something similar. He told me he wasn't a fan of the sausages. Allergy I informed them of my allergies (seafood). The host wrote it down but didn't make any comments after informing him. (Doesn't make me feel very confident) Environment / Ambiance - 2/5 This is probably my biggest gripe is that the pipes ( air conditioning) over head have condensation that drips and our table was right near one of the entry points. The water will drop from the pipes and I was fearful that it would land in my food or on me. So try and get seats away from entry points and not under the pipes (if you can). Restrooms Another gripe is that the bathrooms are not inside the restaurant, you will have to go outside to get to them. I didn't check them out for this very reason. Sensory - see above and smell wise it had a bleach / mildew / salty smell. (Partially because it's so close to a pool. Noise Level - I could t really talk here because of the noise level. (Couldn't hear my partner) the music is a little too loud. LGBTQ+ Rating - 2/5 we didn't experience any negativity, harassment, or negative looks. No safe place stickers / flags or anything indicating that it's safe for LGBTQ folks. Would Be Back / Would Recommend Meh..... doubt it. But got the job done. read more

My husband mentioned this place every time we drove past; so we came here for breakfast. I got on the waitlist at our Airbnb, so we had no wait. We were sat outside and it was pretty hot, not going to lie. Even with the fans.our server was Pierce. We ordered right away, but he lost the paper he took the order on, so he came back a bit later and had to retake our orders. Overall, the food was ok. The biscuit was pretty good. Food was not great. Everything tasted really greasy and off. Service was good no issues. Place felt dirty and when I went to salt my food the shakers were greasy and it kinda ruined my appetite. Biscuit was extremely buttery tasting to the point of too much for biscuits and gravy. Didn't like the gravy either.
