So I asked the young girl who was very polite, if I could exchange my own money out of the tip jar and she wasn't sure, so she went to the. "Manager" to ask. She then came over and said I already told you, we don't change out money. You can't put your hand in there. I can't change out the money and you can't either. I said I was just asking so that I could leave a tip, but you didn't say that I couldn't exchange the money which as a rule has never been a rule that I've been aware of or else there would be a sign up. Also I'm pretty sure they don't watch that outdoor tip jar all day long, and I know I am seeing people changing out money in the indoor jars. She is not somebody that should be in customer service at all. She's definitely in the wrong business! As somebody who's been in the hospitality and service industry for decades, she needs a new career As a note, she made my coffee exactly the wrong way again. So there goes my six dollars.
