That was my biggest mistake- the drive through serviced 10 cars before they even got to my order. When I inquired about my drink I was met with the biggest attitude and a woman practically yelling at me about wait times and to expect to wait. I understand a wait time- a 15 minute wait time for a beverage is a little insane, but not as insane as yelling at a customer for asking about it. I am in customer service for over 20 years now and never leave bad reviews but this place needs an overhaul on their staff. She then came over and said I already told you, we don't change out money. You can't put your hand in there. I can't change out the money and you can't either. I said I was just asking so that I could leave a tip, but you didn't say that I couldn't exchange the money which as a rule has never been a rule that I've been aware of or else there would be a sign up. Also I'm pretty sure they don't watch that outdoor tip jar all day long, and I know I am seeing people changing out money in the indoor jars. She is not somebody that should be in customer service at all. She's definitely in the wrong business! As somebody who's been in the hospitality and service industry for decades, she needs a new career As a note, she made my coffee exactly the wrong way again. So there goes my six dollars.
