I ordered the Irish Benedict (called something else as they have all these cute names for their dishes. This was probably one of the best Irish Benedicts I ever had. I crunched on at least five of them. It's very disconcerting. The latest trend in New Hampshire lately is charging you to use your credit card well, I use my credit card all the time and I'm not gonna pay you extra for any inconvenience. That's ridiculous. What an incentive !wont be back to your place. I don't carry cash so you won't see me there . you are the loser now somebody somewhere will take my credit card and not charge me extra as I already pay finance charge. I don't need an extra charge from you. Thanks though. Good luck. not bad overall .

She didn't get aggravated that we had a massive order on a Saturday morning and took the time to make sure she had every single coffee order right. Not only that, she packaged sauces for us when we were unsure of what sauce a bridesmaid wanted on a chicken wrap! She was a perfect example of what a great manager is- she helped all her employees while handling our massive order and never once was cross or short. Then an employee (Connor?) made at least 8 sandwiches for us and explained to me exactly what order they were in in the bag. I know it sounds silly to be so happy about things like that but the kindness shown to myself and my best friend on the morning of her wedding was the most amazing way to start her wedding day. It really is true that customer service goes SUCH a long way. I live in Boston but you better believe anytime I'm in the Atkinson area I will be stopping at that Dunkin Donuts again. Thank you Liz and Connor! Give these two a raise Dunks! They deserve it!!!

The tea actually made my daughter feel sick after she drank it. That was not tea. It was a chemical sh$& storm. The smoothie tasted exactly like herbal life product. You ask for 4 different things = out of all. How would I know? This is not hard to fix. But the worst thing is when you get to the window to pay, and the staff hand you the card reader and verbally point out the tipping screen to you. What is happening? What am I tipping someone for at a drive thru? (Or even in the store getting a to-go order for that matter?) But at the drive thru it's super awkward. Please stop doing this. Some staff just take my card, thankfully. But most try to shame customers into tipping. Additionally, I miss the old days when actually hanging out inside the Starbucks was enjoyable. This location has awful, insanely loud music and there is a piercingly loud buzzing sound coming from one of half broken speakers (?) - that's been like that for over a year. The tables are dirty. It's just not a welcoming space anymore. They used to have cool, relaxing 'coffee house' music years ago. Last, when you do go inside to get a drink, they still take your name for the cup, but they don't call it out. When did that go away? You just stand there and have to touch everyone else's cups until you find yours. Gross. SB's is failing at things that are really easy to fix.
