He came by as scheduled and assessed the problem, which turned out to be faulty suspension rods, but he also made sure there were no other issues, which I appreciated. The new rods were ordered (Maytag OEM). I did some research and found that aftermarket rods could fail quickly, which Woody confirmed. He came by again to install them. The washer works now as good as new. Woody is skilled, efficient, thorough, honest and friendly. His price was very fair. I would recommend him highly.

While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.
