David came out to our home on August 20, 2025, which cost us $100 and he told us to give a couple of days to look into a part to fix our coffee maker. The $100 was the normal fee for a service call but he basically did nothing but look at our thermador coffee maker and tell us what's wrong with it. What's disappointing is that he hasn't responded to any of my emails or returned my call. I wish I knew why David has been avoiding me. June 13,2024 David came to our home to repair the dishwasher as all the lights on the panel were blinking and the dishwasher was not working properly. He changed the gasket only. he charged $199.98 for service and gasket to which my daughter, against my wishes, paid by check . David cashed the check same day and for one week now we have left several phone messages to him because the dishwasher is not working and the panel lights still blinking. This company has not returned any of our calls which tells me this company is u reliable and stiffs their customers. This company is the VERY BEST! Just fit into the name "High Quality Service". There are too many appliances repair companies in Vegas. I have tried a few in the past years. None of them impressed me other than David. The good thing about the owner is the technician himself, be able to diagnose the issues / problems in a very short time. Awful experience, just awful. And I hope this saves at least one person from having as terrible an experience as I've had. My fridge was going up and down from 36 to 58 degrees so I was told I needed a new compressor, heat exchanger, and evaporator at a cost of $1100, including installation. Upon completion, I was informed that I would also need a new seal (as mine had come loose) at a cost of $100, which I agreed to do at a later date. The following morning, however, the fridge was still going up and down from 36 to 58 degrees. Once the new seal was installed, the temp went down to and remained at 37 degrees. It turns out, all I needed was a new seal which unfortunately ended out costing me $1200. BUUUUTTT.... This happened in March of 2023 and as of 9/16/23, the fridge has stopped cooling entirely and is running at 75 degrees. I have several texts, emails, and phone messages into David and not one has been returned. I don't even think he used new parts on the installation and have called a new repairman to confirm. Will update later, but save yourself from the headache and please avoid doing business with this company. I have many adjectives to describe the character of this individual, but let's just hope he reads this and does the right thing with future clients. read more

Called David about my freezer - it stopped cooling all the way down. We talked through the issue and I attempted to fix the freezer myself by defrosting it. That worked for about a week, so I called David back and he was at the house the following day. The problem turned out to be the defrost heater wasn't working so my motor kept freezing over.
