Kathleen, John, and Micaela (and friend, sorry I can't remember your name) were absolutely amazing to work with. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made all the difference. Every time we called with a question or request, they responded promptly and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. They had a problem at the pub They kept us informed with progress We wanted to continue with this pub and these people because of the professionalism and also they made us feel like family. You could genuinely tell they cared about making our event special--and they absolutely delivered.
