There's no shortage of bar restaurants in Floral Park, but Fallon's has a great neighborhood feel while still being welcoming to those who wander in. Food is good, staff is great. Earlier today I attended a fundraiser at J Fallon's. It was my first time here but my daughter comes here now and then and we went to support a good cause. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and totally welcoming. The owner, Jay, is a class act and his staff is wonderful. His brother, Marc, was exceptional in helping put together the day's event and the rest of the staff is on top of their game. They can't do enough for you. Our bartender, Brittany, is exceptional and is cheery and keeps your glass full. The food presented was buffet style and among the choices were their renowned wings both on the bone and off. If you like boneless, you will enjoy theirs. It's a bit of a sweet coating and sauce and you will not be disappointed. While today was a special event, I can truly say this will be on my list of places for a cold drink, good food and friendly people. read more

Walked past this little gem while going to brunch, instead of brunch we decide to give it try at Fallon's. Tons of TV in the bar, great place to watch sports. We ordered chicken parm sandwiches, chicken tidbits, and potato skin and WOW! The food is amazing! Potato skin is portion of potato top with bacon and cheddar, it's delicious. Something about the sauce is so irresistible, and they never skimp on the wing meat they give you. Awesome bar with cold beers, great food and cool bartenders. John is tremendous. We came by late one afternoon and had come bloodies and beers to try to recover from the night before. The Bloody Mary here is great. Nice and spicy. Freshly made. And with a slice of bacon thrown in. We also had some wings (great), the steak tidbits (great) and some Irish nachos (basically disco fries but the gravy is served on the side - also great). If your close by you can't go wrong stopping in. I'd also say it's worth the drive if you're looking for a new pub. read more

J Fallon's makes you feel like family the second you walk in. The staff, the ambiance, the food was all sensational. I went in and asked Jason, the owner, if they had chicken noodle soup which unfortunately they did not. Out of the kindness of his heart he left his own restaurant to get me chicken noodle soup. Seems funny reviewing a bar, but with Covid this has become my new home. Been staying close to home, little did I know how awesome Fallons was. I was here in my 20's, to well be a 20 year old. Coming back after almost 20 years, I had no idea what I was missing. The bartenders are awesome and now friends of mine. Alexa, Liz, Ian, Lou are absolutely amazing! Food is always great. Leo is the best! Anything is always good but my staples are the irish nachos and steak tidbits. All things potatoes are delicious there, its now a joke of ours lol. I enjoy Fallon's mostly on Thursday nights. It's a great place to go to because it's local, and while the music can get a little too loud that you need to shout to have a normal conversation it is very laidback. I'm notoriously very hard on places when their bathrooms are in lousy shape. I would normally dock another star from the establishment because of it, but because Fallon's has always treated me great, I can't do that. I can tell you the women's bathroom is ridiculously cramped and the locks on the two stalls often don't work. Make sure there's toilet paper before!! read more

Having lived in the neighborhood for many years, it's sad I have to say the bartender John is one of the most unprofessional obnoxious bartenders/servers I have ever encountered. Good local F.P. watering hole with decent pub-grub. Pretty standard pub menu, with 18 or so beer choices on tap. Buffalo wings are very good, with other menu standouts being the corned beef quesadilla and Fallon's wrap. Lot's of tv's for sporting event viewing. Food quality rating? 7.6 Downside? Literally only come here because hubby loves it for sunday funday. They have a decent deal on sundays during football season, you spend $35 for unlimited beers i believe from 1-7 and it comes with a free meal. This is the worst bar in floral park. Me and my friends were leaving the bar and the owner of the bar would not let us stand on the sidewalk because we were talking about a competing team. When we asked if we were made to leave that area because of us being a bi racial couple, we were given a smerk and not given a response. I called them afterwards and was told that was the owner of the bar and nothing could be done. I will never go back and am embarrassed they exist. read more

WINGS !. Period. This has been annual hot spot for my friends and I post Belmont Stakes for the past 4 years, having to climb fences and backyards to do it, its worth it ! Every time we come it has not disappointed. I've always had good time here, w/ good service, and amazing wings. Drinks are very reasonably priced and last couple of times they've hooked us up with some discount whether it be free shots or % off the check. Ladies' Night is every Thursday, so I can't really complain when I'm getting free drinks. :) The bartenders are attentive and generous, especially if you're a regular, so remember to leave them a good tip! They also have a pool table and a modern jukebox, which has a great song selection. Unfortunately, customers just tend to have the worst taste in music. This place gets really packed later in the evening, though, and it's a bit uncomfortable because the space is pretty small. And because the majority of the crowd is made up of single women in their mid to late twenties, don't be surprised if creepy older guys start talking to you and your girlfriends at the first opportunity they find you alone. My only criticism is that the guys at the door who check for IDs can be rude and belligerent. Otherwise, it's a pretty cool local dive. read more
