They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.

Once I arrived home one half of my whole lamination had a scratch right on the middle of the whole roll. Thats 50ft in the trash and the funny thing is that they charged me for this. Another time I got a new Roland vinyl sticker roll as matte. I was working on my project and was ready to use the material when I realized it was labeled wrong and it was gloss instead of being matte and full if fingerprints everywhere. It was 9pm when I noticed. I can keep going, avoid this location at all costs unless u really need to. Some workers there don't have any pride on their work or hate their job. It looks awful. Ava (who framed this) was so rude and only wanted to gossip with her teammates in the back rather than lift a finger. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and was always brushed off when I asked for additional help. This was a terrible experience, take your framing business to people who will care.

The business model is perfect for me, as a student taking their classes I am able to use studio time basically anytime and free use of studio materials, tools, and kilns -both for bisque firing (see my new words!
