I just moved to the Glendale area and was hoping to find a nail salon close to me. I was in luck this one's only five minutes from my house and it's by the mall, win-win!!! BeBe did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and nail art. Exactly what I asked her for. Honestly, it's the first time I've ever gotten nail art that I thought looked as good as my inspiration. I will definitely only go to her in the future. As far as my toes go, Mike also did a phenomenal job. He was incredibly detail oriented and gave a great Foot and leg massage. Also ladies... It was a beautiful, clean salon spa and had all new pedicure massage chairs. (I heard them talking about it with a previous client.) I'm very very happy and I will definitely be back in two weeks.

This was my first visit to Arrowhead Nail Salon. Everyone was friendly, and they did an amazing job on my nails and toes! I had my little human also get a pedicure and they were very professional and overall an excellent experience! I highly recommend them! Have been going here for years to see Lindsay! This is the best place to get your nails, toes, or waxing done. They pay attention to detail, and are very fair in price. I get complimented on my nails every time I get them done, they last forever and this is the only place I'll ever go. Love this place so much!

The nail tech Lindsey is the best person I have ever been seen by and it's been such a hard journey to find someone who cared and who did my nails the way I really wanted them and I have finally found that!!

Kind and welcoming, clean, communicative and great pedicure massage so relaxing; callus remover, sugar scrub, cooling European mask, hot paraffin wax, cucumber heel therapy cream lotion, hot stones. Henry is my technician. Would recommend this salon to anyone who wants amazing quality services. The VIP pedicure is only $40!

I got the worst gel manicure ever. I asked them to fix it multiple times but they just wouldn't listen or care. Such nonsense. Establishment was hot and had poor ventilation. One of the worst nail salons I've been to, I'm not coming back EVER. read more

Wow this place is popular! We were visiting and staying at a nearby hotel, and decided to stop by on a Saturday morning to see if we could get quick pedis. There was about a line out the door waiting to check in when we arrived. We were asked to come back and given appointments for about 40 min later which was awesome. I was afraid we wouldn't get in! Upon returning for our appointments, they were still running behind which is understandable, so we waited another 10 min. However there were tons of people coming in and getting mad that they were being asked to come back in the afternoon because it was so busy. Why the heck would you assume a mall nail salon wouldn't be busy on a Saturday? If you're a local, I'd recommend making an appointment prior to stopping by The techs were pretty efficient and got our pedis done quickly while still doing a good job. The shop and chairs aren't new but wasn't dirty either. It's really a no frills place and their prices reflect that. No complaints from me. We will be back if we visit this area again read more

I don't do a lot of reviews but this was my first and last time ever going to this place! The lady was nice got me in on an appt only day within 15 mini did a great good in my pedicure was super sweet at first... the only older Asian guy did a terrible job on a full set and way over charged me for a shit job!! $60 for something I would normally pay for $40 for at any other place not long and simple nails!! Did a shit job shaping and matching the lengths didn't file or cut my natural nails before glueing. The lady that did my toes came to take over to polish, and got pissed off when I asked her to redo a few spots because it wasn't around my whole nail, the acrylic isn't even on my whole nail to cuticle so she could polish some spots I wanted one with some glitter showed her what I wanted and she did gel and not loose glitter. The most expensive I e ever paid for. Mani/pedi. Only giving a 2 star because she was nice enough to get me in on a "closed" day. Haves had my nails done in over a year and this is what I get...If I wasn't so busy today and jus doing this for an upcoming trip I would have asked them to redo the nail from scratch not caring if other ppl had to wait. I wish I had it in me to walk out and not pay cuz I would of if I didn't have a heart! read more

I always love coming to see Kim, Tom, My, and rest of the team. They do great work on my toes, make sure I leave happy, and are so great to get me and my friends in each month for our monthly me time! I'm only giving two stars cause i use to like this spot but I was 100% dissatisfied with the guy who did my nails today . Don't know his name but he was rude, he was rough with filing, cutting, didn't even cut the nails straight and he would grab my ankle (hard) to move my foot. He wanted to force my foot back in my shoe when I was (which was tight) and it messed up that nail (which I told him & he said no they'll be fine) at that point I just didn't want to even talk to him anymore so it wasn't worth the fight. He was super quick, but not in a good kinda way. Then after doing my nails he went to work on another customer and I didn't see him disinfect the tools (SO GROSS). This honestly makes me not wanna come back to a place I use to love. read more

The older Asian male that works here is horribly rude and a hustler . I went in asking for a regular full set (25$ ON THE WALL) and I wanted them long w coffin shape . He was being extremely rude and goes "these will be 80$" as he's gluing them on and I said "umm why" to which he replied " you don't like go somewhere else". So I did . Soooo dirty. Seemed to reuse tools. Got a cut on my finger and they didn't really do anything about it. Not sure why it's called a "spa". I get they want to make money but they seemed rushed to get to next customer. read more

They are so freaking rude! I walked in, and she asked me what I needed done, I said "just gel polish on nails and toes no manicure". (I just needed a quick matching color set for work) and she stared at me and pointed to the chair. I was really uncomfortable. I thought it was a racial thing, but there was a white girl sitting there and she said to me "yeah they're not very personable, they were very rude to me too" She stayed because she's a nurse and needed her nails removed for work the next day. I sat for a couple minutes and realized I'm not giving my money to this establishment, the greeting was just so disrespectful. I will not be back to try again. read more

This is the 2nd time I've been here recently. The first set was fine, my nail tech was amazing (younger gentleman) but this time wasn't so great.. my nail tech (an older man) used the plastic tip cutter to cut the nails that had acrylic and they began to chip.. he kept slamming the utensil he was using down to grab my arm and re-position it (been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never had this happen) he then after shaping 2 nails said "rounded right?" And I told him no, square just like they were" and he looked dumbfounded... And now this. I didn't notice the bubble until the next night, and it has since peeled and the gel polish is STILL WET! He applied it too thick and now my nail is totally messed up. I'm tempted to see if they will fix it, but I also would rather just take my business elsewhere. And $30 for a fill is too much when my initial full set and fiancés manicure only cost $50. read more

Ive been going here for over a year now I first started with Kris (shes amazing) and then because of my schedule Lindsey started being able to accommodate me and she is wonderful! Lindsey is amazing at giving me the shape I want and making them to my liking (thick or thin) and shes always recommending me new colors to try because im a die hard all black nails typa gal and she definitely helped widen my taste! The staff is so nice and always trying to accommodate guests, alot of their clientele are regulars and its nice to see how well they get along with them because it shows great customer service! No wonder majority of us are loyal to them, they seriously slay the nail game!!! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for two years and never have had any problems. I recommended it to everyone and there are people I know that still go there. I went yesterday Nov. 11, 2020 and a newer lady did my nails (gel French tip) and I thought they looked funky but I told her it was okay. Once she was done I noticed one of my gel nails was already lifting so I asked for a discount. They gave it to me and the next day (today) all of them fell off. I have never ever had this happen to me, especially with a gel manicure so I called them and they told me to come in to get them fixed. The owner or manager (her name is Stephanie or Lindsey or Sloan W. because I guess she has three names) told me I had to pay even though I already paid. So I agreed to pay the difference until she started to blame the bad experience on me. I told her that I have been visiting this nail salon for years and that she knows me. I told her I would never do something like this on purpose. She continued to blame me and tell me that she was watching on the cameras?? I tried explaining to her that my nails shouldn't have been done badly and fallen off the next day, and she continued to bring up the cameras. So I told her that I was leaving. I was treated so rudely by a company I went to for two years straight every 2-3 weeks. I left the store angry and on the verge of tears because of how I was treated. They are just money hungry and don't care about their customers whatsoever. I can't believe I have ever recommended this salon to anyone. read more

I was looking for a new nail place to go to because I had just moved to the area and I had saw them in google. Called and went in that same day. Got there about 15 minutes early , waited for them to call me to start my nails. I start to get my nails done and everything seemed okay, she did what I asked which was French tip. I than go and get my pedicure done which was very relaxing but than when the lady was picking at my nails she poked me super hard and made me bleed and didn't even CLEAN THE TOOL SHE USED as she was putting it back into her container. Anyways was all good and than a couple days later I start noticing my nails turning yellow , I was very confused because getting French tip before I never had this issue. I called and asked them and they basically laughed and said well it's because your using your hands and hand sanitizer which could be the case. BUT now I'm walking around with nails that look yellow. First time trying this place out. I stumbled upon this place, with reference from my sister. I stepped in and immediately sat down and chose my colors. Someone put the acrylics on my nails as I waited for Lindsey. Lindsey came in and did my nails so fast and efficient. I was nervous about getting coffin but she succeeded in making me feel good about my decision. She was very gentle but fast at the same time. Next thing I knew I was done and ready for polish. I am very pleased at the work done here and with the customer service. Will definitely come back! read more

This place has horrible customer service!!! I show the male nail technician a picture and he didn't do anything right on my nails he did what he wanted and I couldn't even ask him if he can fix something or do something different on my nails every time I ask he gave me attitude for no reason he was so rude I'm never coming back to this place again please if you want your nails done good go somewhere else they over charge you. They make up prices depending on the day. I have gotten 3 pedicures there and each time the gel polish has been $10 additional and today the gel polish was $15 additional. The persons reasoning was because they have to take off the gel polish... fair enough but when I mentioned I have been here 3 times before and it's only been $10 the person proceeded to get rude and combative with me. I only went to this location because it was super close to my home. Unfortunate! read more

I decided to go today and get a gel pedicure. I didn't even have to wait and it's the night before Valentine's Day. The man I got was sweet/quiet and took his time. He did regular polish but I'm not one to freak out and make him redo it. One of the other workers must have pointed it out and he wanted to fix it. I told him I really didn't mind but he insisted so I agreed. He didn't seem annoyed or put out and that's hard to find. I know this salon gets a lot of bad reviews but I honestly haven't found another place where I feel comfortable. I've been coming on and off for 6 years. I've gone to other more expensive nail salons and got unfriendly technicians who don't do work that meets the price point. Either they didn't paint enough coats or left me with polish all around my toes. I NEVER had those issues here. I definitely recommend you give this place a chance! read more

Place is crowded, old and dirty and to top it off the workers here have a bad attitude and give horrible customer service. Sat there for half an hour and after getting an attitude from 2 employees I then said I would be ok to leave which one of the women responded with an "ok sure " . Walked out of there 40 minutes later without the service I had scheduled. read more

I love this place! I always come in to see Lindsay to do my nails. She does an amazing job and her designs are beautiful. She can do anything you ask, and if you don't know what you want, she'll help you figure it out! Everyone in here is always bright and friendly, and it's always a great time coming in. I recently went here and I think the man who did my nails did a good job on the nails themselves, I think the coffin shape could have been done better. But the thing that annoys me is that they didn't touch my cuticles which if you have your nail license you SUPPOSED to push back and trim the cuticles. So now, a few days letter my nails look sloppy and more grown out than they should. Also, they charged me $58 which was way overpriced, especially because they had a "$21 dollars for a full set" sign outside. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for the last 3-4 years, I have been a loyal customer. Today was pretty upsetting. I came in for a walk-in with my friend for two pedicures. We were told to go take a seat and they started our water. He received his pedicure while I waited 45 minutes without anyone even addressing me. I went to the front to ask about wait time. No one addressed me again. I asked if I could speak to someone. I informed them that I was upset that I had been waiting without at least someone addressing me. I 100% understand that I had no appointment and it was an hour and a half before closing. Not to mention it is a Friday and almost Christmas. I simply wanted to be addressed, like hey sorry for the wait we will be done in (10-15 minutes) or something like that. Instead I was told I should have asked how long the wait was before sitting down and that I should understand that they are short staffed. I told them I completely understood, I just don't understand why they wouldn't tell me how long the wait was or told us that they could not do both of our pedicures tonight. I then said it sounds like you are blaming the customer for not asking about the wait time? They said yes. I was a little dumbfounded. Incredibly unprofessional. After that they asked my friend to pay on Venmo and to not put that it is for nails. Interesting. I'm pretty bummed because I just lost my favorite place to get my nails done. Moral of the story. I guess ask about wait time before agreeing to the service. read more

We specialize in everything that has to do with nails and aesthetics. We do everything from pedicures, manicures, gel manicure/pedicure and, acrylic nails. We fix broken nails, clean up your feet/hands and, we make sure you leave here looking beautiful. Our prices are very affordable and we offer hot lotion, hot rocks and, hot towel service with every pedicure including the basic pedicure. Children 10 years and under receive our kid's discount with free design. We also offer the classic European facial and a full wax service (whole body).

This salon has been open for nearly 7 years but we are under new ownership. Our new ownership has been since 2012 and we renovated and remodeled the salon. We have a new team with highly skilled technicians that are a able to accomplish any of your nail or aesthetic needs.

Meet the Manager: Lindsey T.

I have a been a nail technician and aesthetician for over 12 years. I am able to take care of any of your nail or aesthetic needs. I specialize in doing gel manicures and acrylic nails. I can also do any design you show me including 3D designs. I can also do designs from the top of my head. I will make sure you leave our salon very happy and beautiful.

Not impressed, I just moved to Arizona in April. So I didn't know what nail spots to go to. I was at work talking to some people and they mentioned this place to me. So being it was close to work, before I started I decided to stop by and get a mani, pedi. The wait wasn't long, I picked my colors and they seated me to a pedi chair quickly but a nail tech took a few minutes to come. I like to pay close attention to how they do my feet because back home where I moved from they did an amazing job so yes I do compare!! Back home they'd dip my feet in a bag of paraffin wax if I spelled that right and wrap a hot towel around each leg. It was HEAVEN! Anyways, the towel they used across my lap to avoid my dress getting messy I guess was crusty, hard, felt like it was used. When she clipped my toe nails she grabbed a pair of clippers out of a plastic bin that was probably used on others feet. When I'm use to sanitary tools. the paint job was sloppy, I just have no positive comments for the pedicure WELL Except the bottom of my feet are extremely smooth ;) Now onto the manicure, piss poor quality. He kept asking if I wanted a gel manicure, I told him no but he kept bringing it up. If I wanted it, I would've asked for it. They try to squeeze every penny out of you. But as he's doing my nails, he's doing them FAST as hell, like they're trying to get rid of you, that's poor quality!! after he's finished I'm sitting there waiting for them to dry, they lady who did my pedicure didn't check to see if my toes were dry she just put my shoes back on no questions asked. I figured they'd be dry just because every time I've ever gotten my toes done, they've dried pretty quick. until I got up to walk out and felt my toe nails sticking to the inside of my shoes only to take them off and see my polish was messed up. back to the manicure. The only good comment I have is the color I chose was pretty lol smh that's pitiful. oh and I wanted a matte top coat because I love a matte finish on dark colors. and he charged me $7 extra FOR MATTE TOP COAT?????!!!!! I WONT BE BACK. I felt like they only treat their regular customers with the royal treatment. Show the new ones some decency and just maybe I wouldn't be leaving such a negative review. I have been going to Arrowhead Mall Nail and Spa for years. Lindsey is my nail technician and she is every bit of awesome. I moved out of state a few years ago and searched for different salons and no one could do what Lindsey could do for my nails. Let's just say when I returned she was my first stop after I exited the express way. Gail does my pedi who is also wonderful. Every single time I leave this salon I'm happy and satisfied, money well spent. I've also seen Kim in the past for my pedicures and Henry for nails who also do a great job!! I have been coming here for years, since they were located in the mall and have since relocated to the outside of the mall. All the nail techs are great but my go to is "ME"!!! She is always booked so I recommend calling ahead. She is worth the wait and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Her manis and pedis are as close to perfect as you can get. She is such a perfectionist that she goes above and beyond to ensure I'm happy every time. My first time getting a pedicure here. I don't not recommend. The gentleman doing my toes was was too harsh cut both of my big toes trying to rush. As I was leaving the gentleman was starting to do a pedicure on a lady and stop because he remembered she didn't tip last time. HE REFUSED TO DO HER NAIL BECAUSE SHE DIDNT TIP HIM LAST TIME SHE CAME. I have been going here for a little over three years now for my gel manicures and pedicures. I always make sure to book Kim for my appointments. She does an amazing job coming up with unique designs for my nails when I want something fun and does the classic stuff well. The salon is clean and they always seem to be able to accommodate walk-ins as well. The gel pedicure last for over a month and my manicures last a little over three weeks. Went here a few times and after my last visit I will not be back. I don't really understand how I get the same exact thing just a different color and I get charged more? I payed more for a fill then I did a brand new full set. When I asked why it was so much for a fill she couldn't give me a good explanation. The service was also a little painful. I love this place! Everyone is friendly and professional, and the salon is always clean and uncluttered. I got a pedicure and a manicure, and the pedicure was awesome and so relaxing! I chose a basic manicure because my nails are damaged from lots of dip at other salons and my cuticles are really dry. I witnessed one of their staff cuss out a customer for being upset that someone BROKE her toenail. They tried to make her pay anyway and when she refused they told her "never come back here", very unprofessional.
