Arrowhead is great! Saturday evening I noticed some water on my garage floor coming from the water heater. I jumped on Yelp and messaged some different plumbing companies and got a quick response from Arrowhead. After reviewing a few different estimates I felt like Arrowhead was the right choice. They seemed very honest, weren't out to nickel and dime me or take advantage of my situation. Some other plumbers had some outlandish price quotes when they found out this would be an "emergency" replacement. We agreed on the details on Sunday and they squeezed me in early Monday morning and got my new hot water heater in quickly, even showed up a bit early to get started. Install Looks good and they were also open to pulling the permit (which has saved me a couple times in the past). I sent them a few photos of the setup, and they were able to give me a firm estimate just from the pictures, and that estimate was hundreds less than the big‑boy competitors with the fancy trucks. They replaced an old PRV and added new shutoff valves after another plumber measured my static pressure at 95 psi. The communication throughout was great: quick replies, clear explanations, no upsells. After they finished the work, they took the time to walk me through everything they'd done and what to expect going forward, which I really appreciated. I'm adding some additional information about other repiping companies that promise to do "one-day repiping". From what I've seen, it does not seem feasible to do a entire house in a day unless perhaps that house is a smaller, single story house. A neighbor used one of these "one-day repiping" companies. The outcome was not good. They are experiencing problems with leaks at the pipe connections and that repiping company is now not returning their calls. Save yourself some grief, spend a little more money and get the job done right the first time around. read more

We couldn't be happier with how quickly our problem was resolved. Saturday night, we noticed that our showers weren't very hot, and by Sunday we didn't have hot water at all. First of all, I hired Arrowhead Plumbing because they responded to my request within minutes, whereas other companies took at least a day to respond. They were able to come take a look at my issue the next day. One of my drain pipes was clogged, causing water to overflow from the sink and the washer drain. They were able to diagnose the issue and quickly unclog the drain. They also gave me a couple options for fixes based on my budget, which was nice. Very responsive and wonderful company. I had a leaking kitchen sink that they came next day to inspect and provide an estimate for. The sink of course did not leak while they were here but we were able to gameplay what to do if it returned. Of course the leak came back the same night that the bomb cyclone wreaked havoc on Issaquah. I had a sudden leak show up and called Sunny to investigate. Sunny and his partner debugged the issue and determined the probable source of the water. They cut a hole in the ceiling in the estimated location and were able to confirm the leak. They then stopped the leak so I could get my water back on and implemented the final fix in the morning.
