They towed my car one hour after it was posted on click fix n the driver took both of the jack n two tires from outside the car in out them in the car which they can't see that consider stealing stuff I wrote them on the email n no response from them not tag no inspection come home n gone called every tow yard in vallejo n arrowhead told me they don't have car but that make in model then my friend saw it down there 2weeks go in there so no i got to get a lawyer n take them to small claims court now read more

Had a difficult situation with a tenant who moved out but ran out of money to get their car out of the parking spot (wasn't running). I had text permission from the tenant to have the car removed and they could be phoned or meet the driver on location. They came and moved the car without a bunch of difficulty. Everyone was happy. Well I wish I could give all the stars and write a happy review but you guys really need to step up your game. Any experience to driver would've known to grab the car with the forks not yank it with a high tension wire while it's high center so that the wire can come up on the other side and rip the bumper off and pieces of the wheel liner, as well as wrap around the wheel and damage the breaking system on a brand new $87,000 car not that price has anything to do with it any vehicle but it just so happens that now I have an $100k car with less than 2000 miles on it that has $4000 in damage before the teardown the smh absolutely not pleased in at all and the fact that I was told by management that I would receive a call back regarding this issue on Monday morning it's now Thursday (no calls) shows that really you don't value your customers property items time but I'll tell you what this isn't gonna go away and I certainly didn't forget about it if you guys wanna make this right and make these post stop I suggest contacting me rather than dodging my calls and attempts to make contact. Furthermore, I don't appreciate this at all.Your operater made a honest careless, but honest mistake That's understandable operator error but what is unacceptable Is the fact that I'm now being avoided when it comes time to accept responsibility let me tell you what I've got two videos one shows the car before the tow truck hooked up to it and shows the car with the tow truck is hooked up to It and guess what those videos show. It clearly shows that there was operator error from the tow truck driver, which caused damage to my car simple let's get this taken care of. They are definitely understaffed! Melissa was as helpful as she could be which is why it's a 2 star and not a one. We got there a little after 4. It took about a half an hour for waiting in line and paperwork and paying. It took an 1.5 hours more for my car to be released because 2 cars were in front of it. read more

This place was not cool at all right along with the vallejo pd. First off Vallejo Police department told my car for having no wheel on it while I was at the store getting the brake pads second when Arrowhead towing towed my vehicle they dragged it up on top of their flatbed with the wheel still missing from vehicle they damaged my truck and then they proceeded to charge me $1,800 to get my vehicle out of the impound couldn't afford it so I lost my vehicle read more

These folks are good honest folks that provide great service. They saved my tail on Hwy 80 once and I will never forget how well I was treated. I have had 5 conversations with the owner about getting a receipt for a tow that took place more than a month ago. He assures me the driver gave me the receipt (and he actually said he would believe his driver over me), he says he cannot locate the receipt, and his driver doesn't have one either, I would definitely not recommend calling him for roadside service. The CHP contacted him, and I will be making a report to them as well. He finally said he was willing to make another receipt for me if I would drive to Vallejo, a 40-minute drive each way, after I requested that he put a copy in the mail to me. He was not willing to do that. I've lost patience. As far as customer service goes, there is nothing but rudeness and arguing. Apparently Owners have switched driver's with bad attitudes are gone! !! ETA's are shorter and actual time of arrival is even shorter than that... This place has changed a lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this towing service. The driver was really rude and unprofessional. If a driver is in route to assist someone with road side service do they normally bring passengers. On top of the passenger with him he looked under the influence of something. My wife stated that the car steering column locked but the car will still start and told him to be careful because it's still fixable. This is what he didn't after several attempts at trying to load our jeep on a roll back truck he couldn't figure it out he tried from the front and back and in my opinion if he could have tried to get it from the side he probably would have . He then dropped it got inside our car and jerked on our steering wheel until it popped something inside our column now mind you it was running when he showed up what ever he broke stopped the car from running and now it won't start. We went to the so called tow yard and the owner had no real concern for us and our car that his driver left sitting there and drove off I guess they only have one truck It self have ran tow trucks for my uncle any seasoned driver in the right state of mind would have used his boom and put the back axle on the dolls that tow trucks carry. For any one that has seen the 4 small tires that our on the back of there trucks are for this reason all in all I would recommend not using these shady tow company unless you want more issues than you started with and then left stranded read more
