When question on this matter, they redirect The responsibility on the doctor who placed the referral. Then, i'm advised the earliest that they could possibly see me would be in the month of October, maybe October, 08 at the earliest. I was very anti PT prior to coming here for my post-surgery foot. I had such a great experience, I returned for my back. I have moderate scoliosis, and previous experiences with PT left me feeling it was a waste of time. Melissa Wheeler is so innovative and tuned to her patients' needs, she even hand drew pictures for me of my exercises because what I needed didn't really exist in the files. That is personalized care! Plus they're all super friendly, the space is clean, and it's actually a fun atmosphere. 5/5 isn't high enough, 10/10 would recommend! read more

True professionals! I had fractured my wrist on New Years Day and did not know where to go or what to do. The staff at Arroyo Grande Physical Therapy helped me find a local surgeon that could fix my wrist correctly. I had PT for 12 weeks after surgery. The therapist at AGPT not only helped me gain my strength back but helped me get back to a healthy life quickly. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! Love, love, love Arroyo Grande Physical Therapy! Working with Ross and Tom for a hip problem, they teamed up to provide consistent, appropriate, responsive physical therapy. They responded when it hurt and explained the actions taking place inside my body to cause the discomfort. Over time, I learned what they knew and was better able to adapt and overcome the persistent hip problems. As today was my last appt., I leave with mixed emotions. I have had pt so many times that can't remember the places. During my military career I injured my back now thirty years later I'm unable to work. I'm glad I found these professionals! They don't just give you exercises for your back and let you go. They go beyond and find those trigger points that have you captive! It hurts, yes, but helps. I may not get where I can work but it has helped me in everyday life. If I'm at my worst when I finish with them I'm at my best. Tom Ford and his crew are the best. read more

I had a 50.00 copay with my insurance, and was charged a 45.00 late fee ? Beware of this place. Their policy outweighs any therapy. The parking lot is dangerous alot of large pot holes. So there are plenty of great physical therapy facilities in the area Go find yours. Its not this one read more

If there were six stars, I'd give them six. Ross and Tom are amazing people. They care about you as a person and truly want you to get back to living your life the way you want to. They know what they're doing, and are relentless in their pursuit of identifying the problems/trigger points and then give you realistic exercises that help you work your way back to health. This was certainly not my first experience with physical therapy in the last 30 years, but it was, hands down, the best. Ross Dover (PT, OCS) and his entire staff were fantastic - professional, friendly, and caring. After 12 sessions, my back and neck are no longer painful.
