During my second visit: * I only saw the PT briefly before being directed to a young assistant who was not a physical therapist. * The treatment room was extremely cramped with essentially no privacy between patients. * While using ultrasound on my finger joint, the assistant became distracted in a side conversation with another staff member. * The ultrasound wand was repeatedly left sitting in one place instead of being kept moving. * This caused a burning sensation in the joint. I understand ultrasound is normally kept moving during treatment, which is why this concerned me. * I moved the wand several times myself until I eventually asked her to stop as the discomfort was increasing. * I was also instructed to perform one of the exercises incorrectly. When I mentioned the ultrasound issue to the PT on my way out, the concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I later called to cancel my remaining appointments, I had to leave multiple voicemails during business hours and received no call back. After four attempts I finally reached the receptionist. Overall, in my experience this did not reflect the level of patient attention or professionalism I expect from a physical therapy clinic. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve patient care going forward. I have since switched to AG Physical Therapy, where experienced therapists provide focused, professional care.

This is a no nonsense type of physical therapy. If you're looking for something that's fancy, this is not it. This is a physical therapy, that works at getting you back to your optimum health. No copies of these forms given to us so we did not know about the $70 fee for cancelling with less than 24hr notice. 2. Cancellation fee is excessive based on actual time the therapist spend with us (15 minutes). 3. No 'empathy' from staff for someone who has cancer, recent back surgery and could not get out of bed. Called as soon as we could but no one ever answers the phone. 4. A one sided arrangement. Therapist was always at least 10 minutes late for appointments but we get charged for a late cancellation. This says they do not value their clients time. 5. Quick to threaten. When asked about the fairness of a late charge, their first response is to threaten to turn you over to collections. 6. No reminder calls or texts. A reminder which should include cancel fee information is not part of their business process. Conclusion: Poorly run business with poor business practices. There are many physical therapy services in our area. Choose another.
