Not only that: they cleaned the front of my car, cleaned the inside of my car and waxed the wheels. They could NOT have been nicer to me and I could not be more impressed. We caught a flat tire early in the morning and couldn't get the tire off of the car. We had a full-size spare and a jack and tire iron but just couldn't seem to get off the actual tire. We rode on our flat to the closest tire place which happened to be this place. A tall older guy walked over while he was on the phone and asked us to pull up to the garage door so that the tire could be swapped. At that point, a shorter heavy-set guy walked out and proceeded to remove the bolts with the air gun. When he got to a particularly stubborn one, he went to get the taller original guy and asked him for some help. He came stomping back and began throwing things around as he tried to find the correctly sized attachment to remove the bolt. Then he abruptly stood up and said, "You have to leave it. I can't do this now!" I asked, "How long? I have to go to work." He turned to the shorter guy and told him to, " Put the bolts back on they gotta go! Put it back on and they can go somewhere else!" WTF?!?!? Am I not allowed to ask for estimated repair times?!?!? I'm assuming that his clientele typically drops their cars off to him and just show up every few days to see if any progress has been made on their repairs..... We packed up our car and talked openly about his lack of customer service skills and the poor guy who was doing the grunt work apologized over and over for his behavior. So this obligatory star belongs exclusively to him. Even he recognized how much o a dick his boss was and felt obligated to atone for his foul attitude. So we got in the car and drove around the corner to Randy's Auto Repair on Vauxhall Rd and Ridgeway St. in the Sunoco Station. The service was quick, polite and bottom dollar.
