Alex is fair and honest. Never had a problem. Will never go to anyone but him. He would even pick you up and drop you off at your home.

It cannot be said enough, honest mechanic who really cares about your satisfaction. The only mechanic I trust in the area. Thanks Alex!

I've been in and out for three days with them and everything seemed pretty good. Everything has been fixed up until the gas panel, which seemed the easiest and least amount of time. An associate asked me if I wanted to wait on the gas panel to be priced with the second round on the second day because we didn't know how long the labor would take and could take less time so it saves me money so I agreed! The part which was the "R & R Fuel Door Accuator" I was shown would cost a little under $60 that day. I came the third day to finally fix the gas panel buzzing noise which it took them 30 minutes on the dot to do. So in my head it would be the $60 part and Labor You would think it would be under $200 including tax but instead I was charged $318. Another associate was working that day and I told him how the previous person told me to wait to price out the piece until the day it got fixed so that time and labor may be less. That associate said "he has it priced at 1 hour and there's nothing much I can do than dropping it to $318" so then I asked mind if I ask how much is labor per hour. He said "around 200, they changed it, it used to be much cheaper". I looked up pricing of labor in New Jersey, which is 140 to $170 per hour mind you took 30 minutes which I brought up, but the associate said that's all he could do, but even so if it was charged the full one hour it wouldn't be $300+ with the piece being under $60. After paying I see on the receipt the price of the part was now $129 which is more than double what he showed me. There were no explanations or much help to this and what I got was a remark saying "at least there's no more buzzing". I work in service, but the man who was helping me on the last day, should work on his hospitality with helping gain loyal customers
