Alex has done work on my car for several years but at another station. When he got his own, he called me and was I glad!!! He is the ONLY mechanic that I trust!! Alex has always called first before any additional work needs to be done. If he recommends that something else be done, you can have confidence that he is telling you for a reason and takes the time to explain them to you!! There is no way you can go wrong with Alex. After a 5 minute conversation with him, you will know how knowledgeable and experienced he is. When you leave your car at his shop, you're not worried at all. If he finds additional problems he will call you with all information needed for you to make a decision: prices, quality, availability, time. I had to replace ignition switch as the key would no longer turn. I drilled out the cylinder myself then something went wrong electrically. I had to tow the car to their shop. They had the car diagnosed the same day and repaired the next day after that. The car was completely cleaned inside and out when I went to pick the car up. As difficult as it is to find a decent auto mechanic that will not take you to town, I think I found the exception here. The previous reviews seem to be accurate. I have BMW 328 that i serviced at morristown bmw in July and by Dec started getting dreaded "Low Oil Pressure". Alex checked and found out the oil was gunky and looks like may have not have been changed in a long time. Makes me wonder if morristown bmw even did oil change in july. Not to mention the fact that i started getting "car service soon" message. All things aside Alex changed the oil and car is working fine now. Recently moved to Randolph and needed a mechanic. The reviews were positive, so I called on a Friday and told Alex the muffler needed checking; he said to bring it right over. Upon inspection, he had the car on the lift and showed me the problem. He said he could work on it during the week. I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. Alex was wonderful. I took my car today for check engine light on my dashboard to Alex and within minutes he found the issue and fixed it. At half the regular price. He even did a quick check on rest of the things and never tried to scare me to make unnecessary repairs. He is awesome and highly recommended. If you want something done right and you are not in the mood to get ripped off let Alex fix it for you. The shop is in the exxon station. Or you can take it to the dealer for double the price and a car wash. I take my Lexus,Benz and Toyota even for oil changes in addition to brakes, repairs etc. read more

I have been going to Alex, Head Mechanic at Randolph Auto care for years now. I have only had 2 different cars, but he was able to solve all my problems at an affordable rate.
