After my third time getting my eyebrows threaded here I decided to write a review. The first time I came in I made sure to tell her that I simply wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not reshaped or "fixed". She did exactly what I asked. The second time I received the same treatment except this time she told me she wanted to leave a few hairs (she held the mirror and showed me where) as to try to let my eyebrows thicken a bit. I really appreciated it since I like thicker brows. The time today was nonetheless just as good as the previous two. She took my right over to her chair, talked to me as if we were friends and made me feel like she really does enjoy her job. We got to talking about the cost of opening a business, so I can definitely see why she puts the time and effort into what she does. read more

I found an advertisement for this establishment in my local newspaper and decided to check it out. Im new to the Moreno valley area so I went here on a whim, and was really grateful that I did. Sabrina was about to close up shop, and she saw me about to approach the door. And instead of turning me away she eagerly allowed me to still come in and get my eyebrows and lip threaded. She was young and I felt a great connection with her. Sometimes its intimidating going to a new threading salon, but she put me at ease and made it a great experience. Not a recommendation to this place the lady that has a scar acne face does not understand what you want she mess up my eyebrows originally my eyebrows were thick and she was ordered to clean and shaped and the end results was a thick unshaped eyebrows also left some gaps and like these eyebrows ladies always say oh you need to wait 3 weeks to let grow just to have the customer come and come and eyebrows actually get worse every time you go look elsewhere for eyebrows professionals Response to your comment listen the reason people have Yelp is to either complain about a bad service or good service in my case personally they haven't been great so that is the reason for my 1 star reviews okay also you mentioned or criticize my 1 star reviews so be it they were my experiences with the places I have been and you should be able to take criticism to better your business and not get offended about it instead talk to your employees to do they're job pleasant and great with everyone not just with selective customers another thing you mentioned to bring it up right there so that it will be resolve? I went to this salon last Saturday, to have my eyebrows microbladed by Shobana. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew it would be an improvement to my existing eyebrows. I'm picky and will not let anyone touch them due to my horrible experience of being over waxed. It's hard to find someone who keeps your natural shape until I found this place one yelp! Thank you yelpers for rating this establishment and mentioning Raheela! I've been searching for a couple of years now for someone who was as good as Lala and finally found Raheela. I've tried two others and they totally messed up my eyebrows. After waiting for a year to grow out my eyebrows and covering them with my hair to hide how bad an uneven my eyebrows were, Raheela was able to work her magic and make them look as even as possible with just one session. I know it will take more sessions to really get them looking symmetrical and I have 100% trust in Raheela to make it happen. I realized after that I should've taken a before and after photo. I also want to say that she is kind, sweet and patient. She really listens to what you want and delivers. I was hesitant on writing this review because I didn't want Raheela's popularity to soar and create long lines. I realize I can't be selfish and keep her all to myself. I received a flyer advertising $8 henna tattoos so I decided to check it out. When I first walked in they offered cookies and refreshments and I felt confident that this was a good place. So I asked about the deal and I regret ever asking because the guy that was the only one there pretty much pressured me into getting the henna tattoo, so I eventually said yes after he told me it was only 8 dollars. He then proceeded to call the girl on the phone because she wasn't even there. So I waited patiently for her to arrive. When she arrived I assumed she was going to show some type of portfolio with choices, NOPE she took out her phone, which had a really broken screen, and Googled henna tattoo images. While reviewing the images never did she mention price range, because she also confirmed it was only 8 bucks. So I chose a design and started looking for her workstation, her station ended up being two chairs. We sat down and she had me hold her phone with the picture I chose while she started with no table for steadiness, I didn't know how to react. But it only gets worse she was the only employee working and some customers came in so she asked if I could wait while she was in the middle of my henna tattoo, she went and threaded eyebrows, she did this a few times, I was there for hours, so unprofessional. She made my design crooked and uneven it came out awful, she then asked if I wanted to add glitter. I thought maybe this would cover the crappy job she did so I said yes. She comes out with $1 glitter glue tubes from dollar tree!!!!!!!! I thought how can it get any worse?!?! Well I go up to the register thinking the whole time well I guess this is what $8 looks like, when she hit me with the price!!! She said $26!!!!! I told her she said 8 dollars and she said yeah for a small one. But what you got is 26 and I will go ahead and not charge you for the glitter. Are you kidding me?! Never coming back here!!!! It was awful, I didn't want to show it so I never took pictures. But I see she posted the Google picture of it, the one against a wooden background. Mine never looked close to that. I learned my lesson. Don't come here for henna tattoos. read more

I decided to try this place out today because it is closer to my house than my original place. What usually takes a 10 minute job altogether for eyebrow threading took 30 minutes at this place. I asked for my brows to just get cleaned up and I didn't want an arch, just flat and thick. One worker threaded my left eyebrow, which took her about 20 minutes, going over the same spot so many times with the thread that my skin started to break. The two workers switched halfway and the other worker threaded my right eyebrow in 10 minutes, and the result was a super thin, oval shaped eyebrow, which looked nothing like the left one. I was highly unsatisfied and they did not offer any sort of apology or compensation for their poorly done job and still ended up making me pay full price. All in all this is definitely a place to stay away from and I would've given it zero stars if I could. read more
