My eyebrow is now red with cut marks from when the lady cut me. I didn't not want to come here anymore. I didn't like the way I was attended.

i had an amazing experience my first time here, but after taking a closer look at my eyebrows the second time around.. i definitely won't come back. i think i just got lucky with the lady that did my eyebrows the first time around. today, i walked out with my eyebrows super uneven. the front of my eyebrows are two different sizes and shapes. the tail of my left eyebrow is thicker than the right. the front of my eyebrows are the most noticeable difference. the right side is way thinner than the right, there is no shape to it. it looks like she accidentally took off too much. i walked out with two different eyebrows... i wish i noticed sooner. i think previously shaving my brows a few weeks back gave her a harder time threading my eyebrows since she asked if i shaved. after i said yes, she replied "that's why". either way, i wish i noticed how horrible my eyebrows looked sooner. this is by far my worst threading experience :(

So, this was my 2nd time coming to this place. 1st time was great. BUT the 2nd time, oh man. I left feeling like the lady from the movie 'just go with it' the one with one eyebrow higher than the other. Also, the inner part of my eyebrows ( what is suppose to be the thicker part) she made them to where the thickness is the same from inner to outer. Idk they were just bad. I'm giving this place a 2 star only because maybe I should have came in very specific on how I wanted them but I assume they know what they are f ing doing especially if i have pretty thick beautiful eyebrows to begin with, I trusted her when she said "just a clean up?" I had a bad customer service experience at another salon today in regards to asking questions about possibly getting lash extensions and eyebrow microblading so I went to Art iBrow. As a beginner I appreciate how they took the time with me to explain lash extensions and microblading in an easy to understand way, full price disclosure, showed photos of their work, and were nice, professional, and respectful the second I walked in the door. That's half the battle and I appreciate their professionalism so far. I feel comfortable spending my hard earned $ there and will post again after my work is completed. read more

Artibrow is an unprofessional business because they cheat by not giving back your correct change. I brought my daughter for eyebrow threading only yesterday. They post a sign cash only accepted. The eyebrow threading price is $8 which the lady did in 15 minutes. I gave my $20 bill. She handed me a change of $10 then i waited for the remaining change. She said nothing and she just shrugged her shoulders. Is this their way of business - they already take their tip in advance and not wait for costumer to be the one to give the tip? She did not even give a receipt. Are they doing shady business? Dont go to this place. Go to other business who do not practice this kind of modus operandi. We need honest people that treat customers with honesty. read more

I felt like owner was to busy to work on me. She would get up to answer door that was locked. She would answer phone when it rang. It seemed like she would forget where she left off. The numbness wore off and that was as good as it gets. My brows are a mess. I can't wait for them to wear off. So beware if you go there. My friend went same day later and the same thing happen to her. Owner needs to only see the customer for the amount she charges. read more

I believe this was my fourth time going to this location which I had a very unpleasant experience. First they were accepting only cash and I went in for a full face which is usually 30 but the lady told me they raised it to 35. At that point I didn't have enough cash on me so I just got my eyebrows and lip done. I expected the price to be at most $15 but it was $17. I honestly feel that the lady upcharged me or they raised their prices incredibly high. They have no signs of the prices so that makes it even more unclear. read more

Needed a new eyebrow place since my previous one is amazing but is always packed and I'm thankful to have found this hidden gem! My husband actually recommended it & I was skeptical at first but I can officially say I've found my new spot! Sandy helped me today and she was very kind, welcoming, and she did a great job on my eyebrows and lips. She also did it so fast yet carefully made sure every area was touched up. This place is amazing. The owner is such a sweetheart. When I first came in 1 year or so ago. I was very hesitant to try someone new. Any female would agree with me. When you have your someone to do your eyebrows you will always go to them! My old person left where I going previously and left me in search of a new eyebrow threader. I seen this new location before it even opened, again very hesitant, i went in and she greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming. I decided to stay and try it out. When she was done I was very pleased with her work. I left over the moon satisfied with her customer service, her genuine characteristic, and her warm welcome. I've been here before and the first time was ok. The lady did a perfect clean up, the second time I came she did perfect on one eyebrow but as soon as she was going to start the other one she got a phone call and got distracted. Needless to say I got a thin eyebrow on one side and a thicker one on the other. Never coming back. Also they're cash only. read more

I've been jumping from place to place on my eyebrows and after getting them messed up from another location I was a little nervous of coming here especially since they are new, however I'm so happy I went!! These ladies were not only friendly and kind but they also did an amazing job on my eyebrows!! I absolutely loved it. I don't mind waiting, people and places get busy I understand that, but what I do mind is when they don't acknowledge that you are in the room. I've been to too many eyebrow places where they don't acknowledge you or say hi. These ladies definitely did and reassured me that they will be right with me, which I like and on top of that these girls know what they're doing when it comes to threading eyebrows absolutely love it will go back each time. There are not enough stars to rate Shabana at Art Ibrow. I had my eyebrows tattooed about 10 years ago in another state. When I learned about Microblading I was intrigued.... And very afraid!! I've seen eyebrows with a constant look of surprise and I was concerned. After reading many reviews, I called Art Ibrow specifically for Shabana. She returned my call promptly, listened to my concerns and explained the process. My appt was peaceful and very informative. We spoke after my first appt and she explained what I would see during the healing process. Each time I text her, she responded timely. My touch up is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was at the nails salon right across this shop when my eyes caught its sign for eyebrows. I went in to try this place and I think this was by far my 'the' best experience at any eyebrow salon. An extremely wonderful staff that warm heartedly hosts you. I also noticed a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere which made me feel at ease while she did my eyebrows. The only down side I saw there is that they were kind of short staffed as there were customers waiting in the waiting area and there were only couple of people working at that time (perhaps its a new business that's why). This place is great to get your eye brows or Henna Tattoos done. I went with my cousin and sister in law and got eyebrows done for myself and my cousin while my sister got a Henna tattoo for the first time . The lady (owner) of this place is extremely nice and knows her job very well. We have been going to other local eyebrow places and they used to be normally very rough and hurtful while doing our eyebrows plus their staff is also rude at times - however at this place we feel very welcomed and comfortable as we receive the best service as well as the quality of work. I like this place but sometimes they do miss facial hair. I also get charged differently from some workers for the same services I always get which sucks. Sometimes I think they'll just do extra that you didn't even ask for. I love Mehreen as a person! The owner tho I think it's kinda rude when she tells customers about their acne on their face just to promote her face peels.
