This dessert/pasta place is huge. It takes up two floors. From the outside there's a middle section with glass windows and it looks very nice. The space is very New looking and clean both inside and out. Everything is self-serve. You order at the counter, they give you a buzzer, you pick up when it beeps, and you clean up after yourself by disposing your trash and tray. Everybody enjoyed the shaved ice because it was light, fluffy, and refreshing. They shave it super fine more so than the old Suno. we also ordered a waffle with whipped cream, fruit, and 2 scoops of ice cream. you get to choose any 2 flavors of Ice cream you like. They also sell croffles. They have an upstairs section in the same location that serves Italian style pastas. It's completely a separate kitchen upstairs. This was my first time coming to Arte. We ordered our food but realized there was no seating available. There were tables with 4 chairs with 1 person sitting with their laptops and a drink. I think that there needs to be a time limit on how long you can sit hogging up a table as many were sitting when I ordered and still there after I finished eating. Anyway, we finally ran to a table as soon as we saw someone get up as others begin waiting for a table and someone else after me grabbed a table before me. I ordered the salmon agilio pasta and it was pretty tasty. I didn't realize it came with a salad which was fine. It's just that the salad had balsamic vinegar dressing already drizzled on it and I hate the taste of it. I wish I would've known that so I could request another dressing. They play soft background music which can arrange from kpop, hot hits or even jazz. In addition, there are plenty of seating options. Although the private booths are reserved for dine-in customers, there are also tables, couches, and even high-seats for kids. If you prefer a more lively environment with foot traffic and miscellaneous noises, then the first floor is perfect for it (especially if paired with headphones). However, if you desire more peace and quiet, there is a 2nd floor; which is MORE SPACIOUS than the main floor. Overall, I absolutely adore this establishment. Great place to study and get work done! The place is two stories with lots of seating and outlets. I read some reviews that wi-fi was slow but it was fine when I went on a weekday. It does get loud sometimes because there is a constant flow of people coming in groups but I like having white noise while I work so I didn't mind. As for the food, I really enjoyed the pasta-it had a nice kick from the red pepper flakes and I liked that it came with a salad. I do wish the serving size was a little bigger though. Before they moved to the bigger building, they were in a way smaller building in the plaza. I'm glad they moved to a bigger space because now there's more room for people to study or hang out. They also have 2 floors: the bottom is a cafe and the top is a pasta restaurant. The cafe, I've had good experiences with the drinks and service. The prices are like any other Korean cafes and are relatively on the higher side. The pasta restaurant, I've heard many positive things so I finally went and tried it. The prices are also a bit high especially since some don't have meat. The total was around $38 so around Olive Garden prices. The taste however was very good. It reached my expectations! This is a nice cafe that has a lot of square footage and an eye-catching glass wall exterior. They were in a smaller building within the same plaza/complex, but have since moved to a larger location, likely because their customer base has outgrown the small area they used to occupy. The upstairs area was only for customers who ordered pasta, so I unfortunately didn't get the chance to check that out. Prices for the cafe food and drinks are a bit high. Understandable because they have to cover the overhead of a larger building, but still makes me hesitant to want to return. I went with my parents and ordered a mango bingsu and a 10 piece bungeoppang (mini fish waffle) with custard cream filling, both to share among the three of us. I also got a regular latte. The bingsu and waffles were decent, but nothing entirely special. I guess it wasn't mango season when I visited because the mango chunks that were on top of the shaved snow ice were tart and not very sweet. Waffles were $8.45 for a set of 10, and they were kinda lacking in that they weren't crispy on the outside. The cream inside was also somewhat flavorless. I prefer White Windmill's bungeoppang that's $8.99 for a set of 12. Interior ambiance is cool if you're looking for a place to study or hang out with friends, but I wouldn't come back here just for the food. read more
