customer service is horrible here. the ladies are rude. I paid for a pedicure and lash extensions. My feet were done first and they looked good next was my lashes. The lady told me to not put my shoe one to allow my feet to dry. cool. Lash tech is horrible. She dropped glue on my bottom lash and could not lay the lash correctly. She did one eye over 5 times!!!!! Finally she got it I paid and told the lady to check my feet. She pressed her finger on the polish and said it's fine!!! I get home her finger print is on my toe and my lashes are coming off. Mind you my home is a 5 minute walk and a 2 minute drive from the nail shop!!! I received a gift card for Christmas, so I made an appointment to have my nails redone as I walk in I wasn't greeted right away and then was told very abruptly to sit at a table in the back. Nail removing the acrylic nails when another tech came to help without advising what they were doing and why two were working on my nails. Atmosphere was less than par from what I was expecting from viewing there website. In my opinion I had a creepy vibe the whole time I was in the salon. Cost was more than I was expecting and more than what I normally pay. Nails wasn't done to what I had requested, so that was disappointing. Also, in 2 of my nails there's a bit of a dip from over sanding them down and is noticable. I went back yesterday since I still had money left on my gift card for a pedicure and again, I was charged more than I was expecting. Polish on my toe nails are glossy at all, since the color I chose was almost empty and clear coat was half polished on my nails. Spa chair didn't work for massage and had a pillow in it for back support from the chair being worn out. If I would have known I would be charged an additional $20 for pedi I wouldn't have tipped nail tech $20 cash. Me personally don't recommend this salon for any type of nail service. read more

Talk about a relaxing atmosphere! Inside is shine and bling, makes you feel very luxurious. They treat you to cocktails, wine, coffee, sodas or water. This is a new place for me. I came here against my better judgment because my regular guy is out of town right now and I needed to get a quick mani. Immediately upon walking in, my friend and I were greeted aggressively offering services and upon telling the hostess lady that I was not interested- I just wanted a plain manicure, she kept aggressively trying to over and upsell shellac. I must have told her no at least 4 times. And then she started up again, saying how a regular mani would only last 3 days (I guess, if that's the quality of work they do). First time coming here and it was such a disappointment. I wanted to get a pedi and a young man led me to an older lady who sat me down on a chair where she had previously worked on someone. She started working on me right away not realizing there was a dirty nail right on the tub. Nor did she spray the tub with any disinfectant!! This was the first red flag. While doing my cuticles, she quickly used the cuticle tool but didn't push any cuticles back so towards the end when I noticed I still had so much skin, I asked her to cut more (taking more time when I was already in a hurry). I haven't gone anywhere to get my toenails done in almost a year so I know I had a lot of cuticles that needed cut but she didn't even notice nor care!! No quality in her work. Lastly, when she was filing my toe nails, she used a dinky nail filer that barely helped shape my toenails and they looked so crooked. I'm not sure if any of the tools were sanitized either. They looked used! This place is right next to a nail supply and the lady can't even get quality tools to work on my nails. Dinky nail filer and dinky buffer. I will never be back. read more

I was a walk in on Tuesday May 2nd (I commute from Katy to get my nails done here). Nancy has been taking care of my nails but she was off, so I sat with a different tech. I had a take off and new set request. I always get pink and white powdered French nails. This day i wanted French with pink tips instead. The tech took off all of my nails and proceeded to do an overlay. I paused her and asked if she could do pink powder. She explained she didn't know how to and I'd get another tech. The manager comes up and says they don't have a tech available to do the set i requested. So i left with my nails not being done. This was also after i spent $60 for a rushed and subpar pedicure. The manager deflected any request that i had to get my entire toe nail covered. They are aggressive with up charging for shellac (i already got a top tier pedi!) and even said they didn't have a color i wanted. I got the Herb and fruit pedicure with paraffin wax and hot stone massage. The little girl I had took her time and did everything well. I I also got a regular manicure with nail polish not shellac they did a good job even though she kept pushing the shellac which I don't like using because it tear my nails up.. My friend that I was with got a full set of nails which she was very disappointed with. The gentleman got glue all over her hands and then acted like it was no big deal. He also did not take his time and he also did not even cut her cuticles. She also received a herb and fruit pedicure but the woman did not do a stone massage. I asked for a paraffin wax pedicure that lasted too long doing everything wrong and nothing right. I had been trying to grow out my toe nails for a special trip, she trimmed all of nails making it look like I did my pedicure my self. I paid for something I could do at home. Now i have an infected toe because of an open cut she left, she was so rough through out the whole process, and she didn't even leave the wax on long enough. Everything was so rushed. I have been going to this salon since 2017. Judy always does my nail and is excellent ! I have had a very busy schedule lately and had to get my nails done last min on jan 22. Judy was not working so someone else did my nails. I could tell she was uncertain of the work she was doing throughout my visit and I was too... at the end my nails were far from what I wanted ( she even cut my cuticle pretty bad ) but she was nice and I didn't want to offend her so I tipped well and left. She did a powder dip over acrylic tips and then a gel on top. I mentioned I probably needed another coat but she said it would be too thick... now today. Barely a week after getting my nails done all the tips of my nails are breaking off. I have glued them back on myself because I have to go to work tomorrow ( I am a flight attendant) I called the salon just now and talked to the very unprofessional manager Cammy. She was extremely rude and could care less about my concerns with my nails. She didn't even do as much as apologize to me. She told me she was super busy and was yelling and kept telling me to hold on before I even got to explain what was going on. Then after I told her my situation she said that they will have to charge me to fix them due to me having to fly and work a 3 day trip tomorrow and not being able to make it to their salon until Tuesday. I have been a loyal customer who drives 30 mins just to go to this salon and I am appalled by the way I was treated by this new manager. They have a beautiful location, and it is pretty well kept. BUT DONT LET THIS FOOL YOU. Eyebrows: I went to get my eyebrow waxed by them but they did absolutely horrible. There was a HUGE difference in size. And when I told them to fix it, they wouldn't. About 2 additional ladies went into the wax room and just looked but no help. THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FOR MESSING UP MY EYEBROWS! I didn't even receive an apology from the lady who attended me nor the gentleman on checkout. Nails: They have a wide variety of colors, which is about the only thing I love! I always get shellac, and they can never do it right! My shellac ends up CHIPPING in a FEW days. They paint on the skin AND DONT FIX IT. Within a week, my nails look absolutely hideous! The chip keeps getting bigger because my hair gets caught in it, so it lifts the gel completely up. It irritates me so I end up pealing it off entirely. I will never pay $35 for something that will last 5 days. read more
