The server was very considerate while my friend and I eyed the large menu discussing all the options our stomachs were interested in. I settled on the burrito de chile verde and my friend had the carne asada taco plate. Food came roughly 15 minutes later, piping hot and with generous portions. I'm well aware this is authentic "Americanized" Mexican food, so I'm reviewing from that perspective. In this context, the food was very well prepared and tasted fresh. The pork in my burrito was tender, heavily sauced and cheesy-melty, wrapped in a fresh tortilla, topped with a lightly flavored chili verde sauce. Beans tasted homemade, though they could use a little more salt or garlic. Rice was a little dry but still edible, especially mixed with the beans, sauce and burrito. Would have loved some more sour cream or guacamole, but overall the meal was very filling and satisfying.

They said they'd call my pharmacy and previous providers to get my medical records to which they said they had no record of me. Since they only have a few employees, repairs are resizing could take more lead time than you may expect, but in-store services like battery replacements and ring cleanings are pretty fast. The next day they offered to remake it for me as they knew they provided a substandard product. Due to the poor communication, customer service and incredibly slow speed, I declined and asked for a refund. If it's surprising to hear this from a store with a high review score, know that I've attached the letter that they sent me. It's against federal law to ask a customer to sign a document like this and I suspect that they have been practicing illegal business practices for a long time. My wedding ring was getting a little worse for the wear, lost a small diamond - it had been 12+ years since I had brought it anywhere. So I brought it here, with my Brother in Law who just happened to be in town and who sells diamonds. I wanted him there so he could tell me how legit he thought the place was. After looking at my ring and telling me what needed to be done, we walked out and my BIL said, yup they know what they are talking about. Phew. Fast forward 2 weeks and I swing by to pick up my ring. I hadn't called that day but I did tell them a few days earlier that I would come on Thursday to grab it. I get there and... it is closed.
