From the minute I interacted with them they were friendly, informative, and compassionate. Their uplifting attitude and helpful tips have me leaving feeling more comfortable and confident it was going to be okay. I am so glad I did not get it removed elsewhere! Upon cleaning it the jeweler noticed the prongs were loose. He referred us to Jeweler Bench. When I called the owner was abrupt, and communicated rudely with me. He stated, "prongs do not become loose. That can't be the problem." He was also very irritated that I was referred to ask about scheduling at a time when the repair could be done same day. He stated I was the fourth person to ask this and that he didn't do same day repair. It was his tone and attitude that my husband and I did not appreciate. I was pretty bummed because I don't live close and I was there during store hours but I did realize that since this is Covid 2020, hours can be wonky. So I call them and leave a message about what happened. I get a call back pretty soon and they are so apologetic, tell me that if I want, they will come drop of my ring. I tell them no, it's ok I'll come back next week. I just came back and they hand me my gorgeously polished and fixed ring.
