Don't walk, RUN here if you need to get your jewelry fixed. My experience with Jimmy was overall AMAZING. Truly a 20/10 experience! I had to get my ring resized and a stone set and he made it possible. I could cry! Jimmy was so informative and educated me on what prong would work well with my current ring, yet also addressing my concerns to make sure it was sturdy and fit correctly. He reassured me on the process by explaining to me how he would be setting the prong, which I appreciated! Jimmy is a craftsman in his work (I believe he said over 30 years of experience!) and the quality is there. He asked me to sit and watch my stone setting process to ensure that it's my stone. When we ran into a slight complication due to the size and depth of my stone, he carefully and diligently worked on expanding the prongs and making sure it was snug and fit. Super friendly and communicative! He's a one man-shop with a gal who assists, so make sure to give him grace on the timing of his work because it will be exceptionally done! Before stopping by to drop off my ring, getting the stone set and picking it up - I gave him a call to check in and see the progress. Also, Jimmy's pricing is reasonably fair considering that there isn't many Asian-owned jewelry shops like California/Phuc Loc Tho as competition. I'd even bring cash to tip him on the side because truly he delivered in service! 100% Recommend this place! We just got engaged and he used my grandmother's ring from 1947, it's gorgeous but definitely needed a little TLC and was too small for me. We took it into the Artistic Dragon and he told us we would get it back in a few hours which I did not expect, and he expertly advised us to add a prong to the tip so the stone wouldn't fall out. Within just a few hours it was resized, had a new prong and he even took the time to clean it up! I am so grateful, absolutely recommend as this will be my go to jeweler! Husband brought both of our wedding bands here to have replace our 2 center stones with newer ones. The owner was very nice and told us it would be 2 hours and gave a decent price. We were fine and went grocery shopping, got a 1 hour massage and then came back in time. We lived all the way in Goodyear and just happen to be there on Sunday....After 3 hours of patiently waiting - we received our ring back and was completely disappointed. we came back to address the issue and he wasn't having it. He just got super upset and started yelling and wasn't trying to hear anything we had to say. He knew we drove far so did a halfass job and because it was closing time he tried rushing us out then when we said no you are going to have to come up with a solution or something. He tried locking us out of the business with our jewelry and proof of receipts. The man rushed through the job, I had 2 black spots on my diamond and the setting was lop-sided! He mounted the stones on completely crooked and then try to blame us saying that we bent it when we saw it and was trying to mess with him. Cops had to get involved and everything was blown out of proportion. read more

I wore a size 10 promise ring around my neck for over two months. I was told by a fix it place it would be impossible with the way the gems were and sizing it almost 5 sizes down. I wanted a second opinion so I called artistic dragon and explained my ring and what I wanted. I was told to bring it in and it would be fixed immediately. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The stones look even better than they did when I started. He took off the black finish that it had before which makes it shine. The hardest part was finding the place in the mini mall. We came to Mekong Plaza today for breakfast, its a pretty far drive for us since we live way on the Westside, but we do enjoy all the food they have out here in this plaza on the Eastside so we dont mind the drive. We passed by this jewelry place on our way in and I decided to stop by to get my ring tightened meanwhile we were having breakfast. The owner came and greeted us immediately. He was so friendly and he helped me and measured my finger to make sure its the right measurement for my ring size adjustment. He even gave us a cool receipt of my ring which has a picture of my own ring and the description of the ring and what the charges are and what needed to be done with it. That way there are no mistakes in case of handing out the wrong ring or anything in that regards. After my ring is set for resizing, I saw another ring in the display counter and was interested in buying it. He was so sweet with helping choosing my ring and giving his opinion to which ring I should get because I was going back and forth between two, but never once did he try to persuade me into getting the more expensive one like other jewelers would have done. He was not pushy at all which I love and I am very comfortable shopping at his place due to this reason. Finally I made the decision on which ring I wanted, made the purchase and he was so careful to make sure the ring are safe in the box by checking it twice. He tested both of the rings to make sure they are both real stones on there and to make sure everything was tightened and all the stones are secured on. He gave me both receipts with pictures of the rings and thanked us for coming in. He told us if we need more adjustments on the ring in the future it will be of no charge. Came to this store to get my and fiance's rings resized that we didn't purchase there. The owner was very helpful, knowledgable, courteous,etc. He went above and beyond what the name-brand jewelers had told me as far as options. I would definitely recommend doing business with him. The price was better than fair, and bonus---- we had it done within an hour (instead of waiting for a week or more like bigger jewelers.) I came here to repair a lost diamond on the halo of my engagement ring. After getting quoted for $75 at another jeweler AND being told it won't be ready until a few days after Christmas I felt defeated. I walked into Artistic Dragon Jewelry since it was so close to my home and was greeted by the friendly owner. He told me he would be able to fix it in 1 hour and it would only cost $30! I was so excited that I decided to purchase a 14K gold band since the price was fair. I asked for the gold band to be re-sized to 5.5 and that I would pick it up at the end of the day since I had to go back to work. I was given a receipt with a photo of my ring with details. When I came to pick up both rings, he gave me the diamond tester to use on my engagement ring to ensure I received my original diamonds. When I tried on the gold band I realized I had given him a size too small. He was very nice about it and was able to re-size it in less than 10 minutes on the spot. When it was time to pay, he told me there was a cash discount! I am very happy with both of my rings and will return to this jewelry shop to get my other rings resized, engraved, and replace a gold necklace clasp. The owner goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service and he is a true artist. I highly recommend this jewelry shop for fast turn-around time, great service, and very reasonable prices.
