After stopping at 2 other "discount" jewelry stores, we found Capri jewelers inside of the Az Mills Mall. The jewelry is so pretty that I thought for sure their prices would be outrageous. But this was not the case! Not only did we find a beautiful, quality, diamond ring at a very reasonable price, but the owner literally kept his store open for an additional 15 minutes after closing so they could size our ring that day! There is a master jeweler onsite that can take care of almost anything. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to ask about our wedding plans. On my last visit I was specifically looking for a Tacori or Verragio wedding band. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, which has been true of all my visits to this establishment. I really just wanted to try on some other styles and get a better picture of what fit me. I went back and forth on some and ended up coming back a week later. To my pleasant surprise, Delilah! She (again) was very patient and helpful as I ended up with the ring that caught my eye to begin with! I had to come back due to resizing, but it was super quick. I want to be a returning customer but they just won't let me. I bought a diamond ring with matching band here and I loved it. That was two years ago. Now I want to upgrade my diamond and of course I want to come back to them for an upgrade. I came the first time and they told me the owner isn't here so they can't show me their loose diamonds. Ok, fine. They told me that they will call me and let me know when loose diamonds are ready. Ok, fine, again. I waited two weeks for them to call but nothing. I called in and asked them if they have loose diamonds available for me to see. They said yes. So I came, and they only had two loose diamonds for me to view. I told them more specifically what I wanted to purchase and they (same people) told me that they will order the loose diamonds and call me and let me know. Over 2 months later...still no calls. The link wristband needed to be adjusted on a watch my girlfriend received as a Christmas gift. This store was quite busy on the day after Christmas. Never the less, we were greeted promptly and courteously. The wristband had to be adjusted three times in order to get the fit just right, which was accomplished quickly. Don't spend money with these guys. You spend thousands, buy a warranty, and if you don't keep that original warranty paper, AND drive to ghetto Arizona mills mall to have them sign it every six months, they keep your money and won't help you with anything that happens to your jewelry! At first I was over the moon and happy with them. They had a location inside Chandler mall. I spent a lot of money on jewelry directly with the owner and purchased warranties. I bought my wife's platinum tacori engagement ring, my white gold wedding band, two diamond white gold wedding bands for my wife, a tacori ring for my mother in law, and a tacori necklace for my mother. All with warranties, and it's like you are dead to them the minute the transaction goes through. We actually drove 96 miles to purchase from them specifically. A year goes by and we take the jewelry in for cleaning and we're still happy. Shortly after that, a diamond falls out of the wedding band. I called them and learned that they closed the Chandler mall location and only operate out of mills mall. I finally get up the nerve to go down there, knowing all of the stories on the news about the shootings that take place there and request a cleaning and a replacement wedding band diamond under warranty. The lady that works there claims that the warranty is void because I didn't have the original warranty paper and didn't come in every 6 months to have it signed. No one ever told me that this was a requirement... not when I purchased the jewelry, and not when I came in for the maintenance. They told me I would have to pay for the replacement and offered to give me a quote. I asked to speak with the owner. They reluctantly let me know that he would be into the store today at 2pm and that they would call me when they ask him what to do. Hours went by and I had to keep calling in and explaining what was happening with the jewelry I had checked in to them. At about 6:30p they called back stating that they will not honor the warranty we paid for and i would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have the ring fixed and cleaned. On top of that, I don't even think they know what I purchased from them. They act like this is my fault like I would actually spend that much money on jewelry and intentionally blow the warranty by not following the requirements. I don't even understand why they would have this paper/warranty/signature system anyway. As with the responses from the company shown in the other one star reviews, I feel like there is no shame, and they are quick to point the finger at the customer for not jumping through their hoops. It reflects exactly how you will feel if you spend money with them. They don't even try to make things right. If you want Tacori, go to Robbins brothers. read more

Poor communication with customers regarding cancellation/refund/return policies. I ordered a chain around 2pm, cancelled the order the same day, only to have a salesman tell me that although the order is cancelled, they will not refund my down payment of $80. The original salesman did not provide a copy of the terms and conditions of purchase and didn't bother to mention anything about the cancellation/refund/return policies. I did feel pressured to complete the sale, even though they wouldn't guarantee delivery prior to Christmas, knowing this was to be a gift. The owner wouldn't speak to me on the phone, but told the salesman on the phone that he would not refund my money. Then I was told to call back the next day and talk to the original salesman to have him handle my problem. Very poor customer service. Deceptive sales practices in my opinion. read more

She told us his 10k band would be there the next day around 2 PM she then called me a couple hours later to let me know it had arrived and is ready to be picked up upon arrival we were informed that they delivered a 14 carat ring and I would be charged the same price. We're now shopping for our wedding bands, but are trying to cut some costs and not order the designer wedding band for the over 2k price tag. My son bought me a Seiko watch at the AZ Mills location for my birthday last year, as soon as I opened it I noticed the the battery needed replacing. I took it back to the store, they replaced the battery. Soon after, it was inoperative again. Had a friend take a look at it, he noticed that the back of the watched looked like it had be starched.
