But Mary was so kind and warm and so thoughtful in listening to what problems I had with my hair, and came up with an absolute masterpiece. She was able to make my hair look so much healthier, thicker, and remove so much of the damaged hair but still give me such a flattering cut with amazing layers that frame my face. She even gave me product recs and wrote tips on how I could style my hair- seriously an angel wow. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. You are offered a drink of choice when you come in and so those morning when I am in a hurry and forget to have a cup of coffee--- this place is helpful for that pick me up. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for. Pricing is fair for the area and also based on experience level of the stylist. I've already been twice for my hair and twice for facials. Highly recommend the signature facial btw! You'd think if she were professional she'd pick up the phone but she took the cowards way out for canceling. Unprofessional to say the least. My former hairdresser I had for 19 years never canceled one appointment. Jennifer needs lessons in had to treat a client.
