I love this place. I had an emergency issue arise at 6:27pm on a Friday evening when my car would not turn off. I called Art's frantic and Arabo promised me they'd stay open and wait for me. Once my two year old daughter and I arrived at the auto shop, they assessed the car and let us know it would need to stay overnight. Arabo personally drove my daughter and I home in our car, and then drove it back to the shop himself. He called the next morning to let me know the issue and cost and got to work finishing it before his original estimation. When the car was finished, I had no way of getting my daughter and myself to the shop so Arabo came, again in my car, to pick us up drove us back to the shop so I could pay and close out. They truly saved us. Their customer service is excellent, they were honest with their assessment, and efficient with their work. Don't ever go here to smog. Lazy mechanic wouldn't smog my car cause he didn't want to move his machine (on wheels). Place next door said he could and would and he wasn't feeling like it. I had my car towed here after it started smoking while I was driving. The next morning the team ran a full diagnostic check and changed my oil and were just simply incredible. Arabo kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and happily explained what was wrong and had suggestions for future needed repairs without selling anything needlessly. When my sister borrowed my car and knocked out the suspension, they checked it out for free to assess the damage and went above and beyond to give me the best value for the repairs. Unexpected car issues can often become an insurmountable expense when finances are tight but Arabo did his best to work with me on cost so that I could take care of the most immediate issues without breaking the bank. They didn't try to up-sell me or push repairs that I didn't need. They even repaired some other minor issues for free and gave me a ride home at one point, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated! The short version: I would absolutely recommend Art's Auto Care to my family and friends! Longer version: When I first moved to LA I had some less than stellar experiences with mechanics (taking days longer than they said they would, repairs that would fail days later, exorbitant prices, etc). I had pretty much resigned myself to the high prices of the dealership in order to ensure decent work, until I discovered Art's through a AAA promotion. Art's has always been very timely and accommodating (they are open Saturdays), they will even let me stop by and do a quick check of my car before I go on long road trips. Their pricing is more than fair and they will let you know what issues are urgent versus which ones can wait. Never had any issues with their work and they are super nice! read more

My car is salvaged. However with Art's magic touch it works as new. They go beyond expectation. They were suppose to change the tiers, they notice the alignment was not right they fixe that first then changed the tiers. That was amazing to me. Made an apt to come in to have break and light inspection done. The guy didn't even bother turning the lights on and said he could tell by looking at it that it was not going to be aligned and wouldn't pass. When I asked how he could possibly know that without turning the lights on, he mumbled some BS about how he just knew. Blah! Pure arrogance! The housing for the lights are perfectly straight and had no damage so I don't know what would even prompt him to make such an assumption. Obviously he just couldn't be bothered. Needless to say we left. Went right next door to Rocky's (who btw had a very full lot as opposed to ol' buddy Art who had no customers and looked like he could use the work) Full lot and all Rocky got the car inspected and it passed perfectly. It did need brakes which I was happy to have him do. Art missed out on the inspection (which he was going to over charge for) He missed out on the repair, but most of all he missed out on a repeat customer. Major FAIL!! Won't be back, and certainly won't be recommending. read more

Without a doubt the best auto shop experience I've had in several years. Discovered Art's Auto Care after reading some of the positive Yelp reviews and brought in my VW Passat for issues with my wheel system. I have since brought in my Jeep for general maintenance. Arabo, Jores and staff are honest, thorough, and have brought me a lot of peace of mind when dealing with my car issues. Just took my car in based on previous reviews and they don't lie. This shop is clean, with friendly mechanics. The owner is a stand up guy. I had damaged my bumper and ghetto fixed it with duck tape and he fixed it for me and charged such a reasonable price for it as well as the oil change. I recommend this shop hands down. I don't understand what H.M. Is talking about. I took my car to this shop and the guy that helped me was nothing but helpful. I needed an oil change and new breaks. While working on the car he noticed an oil leak from my back suspension. I received a call with an explanation and how much it would cost. The guy even asked me if i wanted him to wait to fix it so he can show me. As for the other reviewer... Angry C? Ironically only 2 reviews. 1 bad for this place and 1 positive for another shop? Shame on you man it's people like you that ruin the integrity of yelp. You're pathetic. Anyway its hard to trust mechanics cuz they're all about their money, but I like this place. I've been meaning to write this for a couple weeks. Art's Auto was one of the only places in Burbank I could find that was still certified to do brake and light certification. Turned out to be a blessing for me as I've found my new mechanic! Arabo got my Jeep in the same day and knocked it out quick. Smog certification, brake/light certification, and an overall checkup. He is not only a very cool down-to-earth guy, but very family oriented which I appreciate and everybody I met that works there was on point. His Dad (a mechanic and engineer) even did the paint design on the inside of the shop. Talented, hard-working folks here. Art's auto saved me in a pinch today! I needed to do my smog check in order to update my registration and they fit me in midday today with no hassle!! Smog check only took about 15 minutes which was wonderful (especially since I was on my lunch break). The owner and his son, Arabo were very friendly and kind too! Normally I hate going to auto mechanics. I almost always walk out of a shop feeling cheated. I went into Art's Auto Care with the same expectation & I was pleasantly surprised to find a truly nice, honest & good mechanic, Joe. Last time I changed oil@Valvoline, they recommended to fix/service a list of items on my car. I went to Art's for a second opinion, more or less. After an inspection @Art's, only one serving was necessary. When I told joe what Vavoline had told me, he explained to me those services are not necessary at this time. They can wait for 6 months to a year. I trust Joe. I am definitely coming back for all my auto needs. read more

I couldn't start my car after I had fun with my wife in the universial stuitio at afternoon. The AAA guys came and helped me, but they couldn't figure out the problem of my car. So they towed my car to this mechanic. Arabo is a very very nice person with professional technique. He examined my car carefully and tested every possible problem and finally fixed my car. I was on a trip with my wife in California, and it's our first trip together in USA. I was really scared this accident would ruin our trip. Arabo rescued our trip and I really appreciated it.
