The owner cursed...referring to me as an EPITHET while I was trying to get him to listen to my concerns!! He threatened to charge me for daily storage of my vehicle if I did not pay the exorbitant bill!!! I was INTIMIDATED and COERCED into paying TWICE the amount of what I was quoted while they held my vehicle hostage! I wonder how many other people are being unknowingly charged for work that's NOT ACTUALLY BEING DONE! I was reassured by a number of professions that the job was VERY simple and would only take minutes - NOT 3 HOURS!!! I also watched SEVERAL videos demonstrating the process which INFURIATED me after seeing how simple the process was! They charged an outrageous price to screw me over. If you buy a bike from them do the repairs yourself. The use used motor oil for the oil change as well.

If so, why didn't your technician verify that first before moving on with additional diagnostics? A thorough diagnostic process should begin by confirming the basics, especially when that information was provided upfront. Additionally, your diagnostic did not identify a faulty fuel injector as the cause of the issue. The person I spoke with on the phone specifically stated that checking the fuel injector would be the next step in the diagnostic process--not that it had already been confirmed as the problem. That directly contradicts what you stated in your response. You also stated that repair shops do not keep replaced parts to show customers. That has not been my experience. Every dealership and independent repair shop that has worked on my vehicles has either offered to show me the replaced parts or kept them available until I picked up the vehicle. It is a common practice for shops that value transparency with their customers. At this point, my concern is not just the repair itself but the inconsistent explanations and lack of accountability throughout this process. Rather than addressing the issues I raised, your response contains inaccuracies and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a repair facility. I see that your name also appears more then it should on the bad reviews for this establishment.
