Stumbled upon Arturo Autobody And Paint while grabbing some tacos nearby, and I'm so glad I did. They're a family business - his daughter is the receptionist, and they gave me a very reasonable estimate for the deep scratch and dent on my car. Their prices were not the lowest, I had gotten a lower quote from the Maaco's nearby, but I trusted them more based on the Yelp reviews, and honestly I felt like it's so important to support local smaller businesses right now. My car was ready in about two days, but I noticed that my fuel lid still had a bit of a scratch on it, they hadn't seen it orginally and so did not add it onto the estimate or fix it while working. Arturo offered to grind down and paint that extra bit for no additional cost. I'm truly grateful for that gesture. A lady hit me on the freeway on my way up to Marina, CA. She didn't stop and so I had to deal with the repairs out of pocket. Arturo let me into his body shop that same day. He gave me a free estimate and directed me to where I could get my fender, bumper, and headlight. He reinstalled the parts the next day. It was very inexpensive overall. My car was up and running in time for me to get to work the next day. He is quick thinking, highly amicable, and extremely professional. I came to get my rear bumper replaced about four months ago. He ordered it for me and attached for such a great price! And their customer service is impeccable. Arturo is a very honest and humble, helpful man! I came back because the edge of my bumper had become detached and he fixed it no charge and even cleaned my front lights because they had become so dull! I got into a finder binder in January 2019. This place was recommended by my friend's uncle. I am so glad that I got this recommendation, because I was afraid of paying too much money to replace my left finder. The manager and the receptionist were very nice. They checked the car and gave me an estimate up front. Plus, telling me how long it will take for the part to arrive, as well as, how long it will take to place the car on my car. Also, the cost to fix it was didn't cost too much money. It only took a three days to arrive and about two hours for the mechanics to place the finder on my car. I was recommended to Arturo by my mechanic. Arturo provided wonderful service the moment I met him. He saw my car and told me I didn't need so much duct tape to hold the parts and he ripped off the tape and started putting the pieces together. He didn't charge me at all for that. Now the job is complete and my car looks great. He did a wonderful job and below estimate. I'll start by saying I have a amazing truck that went to this shop for some touch ups nothing major and I got screwed at the end.. ARTURO WAS GOING TO PAINT JUST MY HOOD BUMPER AND FENDER FLARES DO TO SOME CLEAR COMING OFF AND LIL DO I KNOW HE WENT AHEAD AND REPAINTED THE TRUCK AND ADDED GLITTER TO IT MAKING IT LOOK LIKE A LOWRIDER.. I have numerous phone calls that he made and told me to pick the truck up that it's ready and it wasn't no we're near ready... not ready like in a million pieces every time I came to pick it up he had a beer in his hand and I'm sure no 1 wants a man working on there vehicle with a beer in his hand right.. lied to me numerous times about wat he did and when it would be ready.. to make a long story short this man doesn't deserve to have a shop he's a drunk liar and a horrible man of his word.. and has no clue of how to operate a body shop I wouldn't recommend anybody to even step foot in this mans shop honestly read more
